  • 简介:【摘 要】目的:为探究肾上腺肿瘤的CT诊断与鉴别诊断方式及其应用效果,为临床应用与研究提供参考。方法:主要采取资料分析法,选取某院20例肾上腺肿瘤患者,均使用CT扫描机进行诊断与病情鉴别。结果:经过血生化检查、内分泌检查以及CT诊断后,这20例患者分别患有肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤、皮质腺瘤、皮质腺癌、肾上腺囊肿、髓质脂肪瘤、转移瘤以及神经母细胞瘤,其中CT确诊的有12例。结论:经过CT诊断,可以利用影像技术进行肾上腺肿瘤诊断,因此,CT诊断方式在临床诊断中具有重要的价值,能够有效的进行肾上腺肿瘤疾病鉴别

  • 简介:   【摘要】目的:探讨MRI颅内等信号脑肿瘤,提高脑肿瘤的诊断准确率,避免误诊及漏诊。并且是有利于鉴别诊断及预后。方法:选取我院经临床及手术证实为等信号脑肿瘤318例为研究对象,运用MRI进行扫描,结果:318例患者中,299(94.04%)诊断与临床及手术证实结果相符,11(3.4%)例误诊。结论:准确及及时诊断等信号脑肿,有利于诊疗及预后估计。

  • 简介:摘要目的分析超声对睾丸肿瘤肿瘤样病变的诊断及鉴别诊断意义。方法选取我院于2013年3月-2015年3月收治的睾丸肿瘤肿瘤样病变患者50例为研究对象,对患者的各项临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对比、分析诊断结果和病理结果。结果依据不同病症划分患者,包括精原细胞瘤23例,占比为46%;纤维性假瘤6例,占比为12%;淋巴瘤3例,占比为6%;畸胎瘤3例,占比为6%;混合型生殖细胞瘤3例,占比为6%;胚胎性癌3例,占比为6%;睾丸结核1例,占比为2%;支持性肿瘤1例,占比2%;其他病症7例,占比为14%。结论超声能够对睾丸肿瘤肿瘤样病变作出较好的诊断和鉴别,且诊断敏感性、经济性较高,极具临床推广价值。

  • 简介:摘要:肝血管良恶性肿瘤鉴别是临床诊断中的难点之一。本文通过对放射诊断技术在鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤中的应用进行了深入分析,总结了不同放射影像学技术在鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤方面的优缺点,并结合实际案例进行了详细讨论。结果表明,CT、MRI等放射影像学技术能够有效地鉴别肝血管良恶性肿瘤,并且在实际应用中具有较高的准确性和可靠性。同时,本文还对未来放射诊断技术在肝血管良恶性肿瘤鉴别方面的发展进行了展望。

  • 简介:摘要目的研究分析肝脏良性脂肪性肿瘤的CT诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法此次研究的对象是选择2010年2月~2012年2月我院收拾的20例肝脏良性脂肪性肿瘤患者。将其CT检查的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果肝脏脂肪瘤16例,肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤4例,因病区肿瘤内含有特殊性脂肪,因此CT表现典型。病理检查有助于进一步对肝脏脂肪瘤和肝脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤进行确诊。结论肝脏良性脂肪性肿瘤在临床少较为少见,应用CT检查有助于提高检查诊断,利于术前定性诊断,对疑难不典型病变,可增强扫描、动态扫描加以鉴别诊断,以提高临床诊断的准确率。

  • 简介:目的:探讨腮腺良恶性肿瘤患者采取高频彩超鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法:取2016年4月~2017年4月间本院收治的70例腮腺良恶性肿瘤患者进行研究,所有患者均应采取高频彩超检查,均以病理检查结果为金标准,分析患者良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断结果。结果:患者实施高频彩超对腮腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断准确率为92.9%。腮腺恶性肿瘤患者形态不规则、边界模糊、包膜、钙化、内部回声不均匀检出率与良性患者相比明显较高;高频彩超检测腮腺恶性肿瘤患者血流分级Ⅱ-Ⅲ级发生率与良性肿瘤相比明显较高;腮腺恶性肿瘤患者PSV、RI与良性肿瘤相比明显较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腮腺良恶性肿瘤患者采取高频彩超鉴别诊断效果优良。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:分析多层螺旋CT鉴别诊断卵巢囊腺肿瘤良恶性的价值。方法:收集我院2020年9月-2021年10月临床收治卵巢囊腺肿瘤患者50例,以病理确诊结果为金标准,50例患者中良性肿瘤患者30例,恶性肿瘤患者20例,在研究的过程中对所有患者采用多层螺旋CT进行诊断,并对其诊断的价值进行综合行分析。结果:多层螺旋CT在对不同肿瘤性质患者的诊断中,其诊断特异度、敏感度以及准确度均为100%。结论:多层螺旋CT鉴别诊断卵巢囊腺肿瘤良恶性的价值高,在对卵巢囊腺肿瘤患者的诊断中能更好的辨别肿瘤的性质,建议该方式在临床中推广使用。

  • 简介:【摘要】超声影像鉴别诊断甲状腺恶性肿瘤的价值。方法:对甲状腺肿瘤102例患者超声影像及病理数据进行回顾性分析。并与病理结果进行比较。结果:很多方面的甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤的超声影像都能有不同的表现。对甲状腺良、恶性肿瘤的诊断正确率为74%。总结:术前彩超对甲状腺良性肿瘤及诊断具有重要的实用价值,尤其是超声检查是否存在微小癌变的判断存在局限性,应将其列为术前首选检测方案。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:探讨肺癌、良性肿瘤应用不同类型放射诊断方法的效果。方法:2021.1-2022.6,选取130例疑似肺癌患者进行临床研究,依次进行X线、CT、活检穿刺病理学诊断,统计并比较诊断结果及诊断效能。结果:活检穿刺病理学诊断结果显示,肺癌共计78例,良性肿瘤共计52例。CT的肺癌、良性肿瘤准确诊出率均大于X线,可见比值差异(P<0.05)。CT的毛刺或锯齿状、肺叶一侧或全肺不张诊出率均大于X线,可见比值差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床鉴别诊断肺癌、良性肿瘤时应将CT作为首选放射诊断方法,诊断准确性大,影像学特征更明显,值得临床推广普及。

  • 简介:摘要目的探究磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)鉴别脑脓肿与脑肿瘤坏死的临床效果。方法选择2015年2月至2016年4月就诊于商丘市第一人民医院放射科的脑脓肿29例、脑肿瘤坏死31例患者,所有患者均进行DWI和常规MRI检查。比较DWI和常规MRI对脑肿瘤、脑脓肿诊断结果,记录脑脓肿与脑肿瘤坏死液化区域弥散系数值。结果DWI诊断的特异性和敏感性均明显高于常规MRI诊断,差异显著(P<0.05);脑肿瘤坏死和脑脓肿在对侧脑实质、脓肿或囊变坏死、脓液及脑脊液在液化区域弥散系数值比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论DWI在鉴别肿瘤坏死和脑脓肿等方面具有很高的特异性和敏感性,能提高诊断正确率,值得临床推广。

  • 简介:摘要目的探究彩色多普勒超声鉴别甲状腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法随机选择我院2016年5月到2018年5月收治的30例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者和30例甲状腺恶性肿瘤患者,并均为其采用彩色多普勒超声检查,结合手术病理检查结果,回顾性分析患者的彩色多普勒超声图并进行比较。结果将患者的彩色多普勒超声图结合手术病理检查的结果得知诊断结果甲状腺良性肿瘤符合率达96.7%,其诊断结果无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲状腺恶性肿瘤符合率达83.3%,,其诊断数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用彩色多普勒超声检测患者,对诊断出甲状腺良恶性有显著的检出率,具有临床应用价值。

  • 简介:摘要肾脏肿瘤的初期症状并不明显,患者很难及时发觉,就医时患者往往已经出现了转移等严重问题,预后效果并不理想。如何提高鉴别诊断的准确性、及时性与有效性是医生应当思考的关键性问题。传统诊断方法为CT,但是这一诊断技术可能会对患者造成一定的辐射,随着超声技术的发展,超声造影技术被愈加广泛的应用到了肾脏肿瘤鉴别诊断中,并取得了一定的成果,文中将对其研究进展展开探究与讨论。

  • 简介:摘要目的探讨放射诊断在肝血管良恶性肿瘤的临床鉴别和治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年5月~2017年3月期间收治的68例肝血管良恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(放射诊断)和对照组(超声检查)各34例,比较两组患者的鉴别效果。结果观察组诊断方法的敏感性、特异性和准确度分别为96.43%、83.33%以及94.12%,明显高于对照组的83.33%、50%以及79.41%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肝血管良恶性肿瘤患者的临床诊疗中,利用放射诊断方法,鉴别疾病性质,进而为临床治疗提供有价值的参考。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:探究肺癌和良性肿瘤采用不同放射诊断方法鉴别价值。方法:依据随机数字表法对本院2020年4月-2021年4月收治的100例肺癌与良性肿瘤患者分组(各组50例)探究,将其分为X线组与CT组,对比各组不同影像学检出率、阳性及阴性检出率、灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果:两组有毛刺或锯齿状、肺叶一侧或全肺不张检出率对比有差异(P<0.05);CT组阳性及阴性检出率、灵敏度、特异度、准确度较X线组高(P<0.05)。结论:两种诊断方法相比,CT诊断价值更高,可推广。
