简介:TheangledependenceofopticalphononmodesofanAlNbulksinglecrystalfromthem-plane(1100)andc-plane(0001)surfaces,respectively,isinvestigatedbypolarizedRamanspectroscopyinabackscatteringconfigurationatroomtemperature.CorrespondingRamanselectionrulesarederivedaccordingtomeasuredscatteringgeometriestoillustratetheangledependence.Theangle-dependentintensitiesofphononmodesarediscussedandcomparedtotheoreticalscatteringintensities,yieldingtheRamantensorelementsofA1(TO),E22,E1(TO),andA1(LO)phononmodesandtherelativephasedifferencebetweenthetwocomplexelementsofA1(TO).Furthermore,theRamantensorofwurtziteAlNiscomparedwiththatofwurtziteZnOreportedinpreviouswork,revealingtheintrinsicdifferencesoflatticevibrationdynamicsbetweenAlNandZnO.

简介:Thispaperpresentsamodifiedhalf-sine-squaredloadmodelofthejumpingimpulsesforasingleperson.Themodelisbasedonadatabaseof22,921experimentallymeasuredsinglejumpingloadcyclesfrom100testsubjects.Threedimensionalmotioncapturetechnologyinconjunctionwithforceplateswasemployedintheexperimenttorecordjumpingloads.Thevariationrangeandprobabilitydistributionofthecontrollingparametersfortheloadmodelsuchastheimpactfactor,jumpingfrequencyandcontactratio,arediscussedusingtheexperimentaldata.Correlationrelationshipsbetweenthethreeparametersareinvestigated.Thecontactratioandjumpingfrequencyareidentifiedasindependentmodelparameters,andanempiricalfrequency-dependentfunctionisderivedfortheimpactfactor.Thefeasibilityoftheproposedloadmodelisestablishedbycomparingthesimulatedloadcurveswithmeasuredones,andbycomparingtheaccelerationresponsesofasingle-degree-of-freedomsystemtothesimulatedandmeasuredjumpingloads.Theresultsshowthatarealisticindividualjumpingloadcanbegeneratedbytheproposedmethod.Thiscanthenbeusedtoassessthedynamicresponseofassemblystructures.

简介:Inordertoinvestigatetheinjectioncurrentuniformityaroundtheinductioncellbores,twofullyelectromagnetic(EM)modelsarerespectivelyestablishedforasingle-stageinductioncellandaninductionvoltageadder(IVA)withthreecellsstackedinseries,withoutconsideringelectronemission.Bymeansofthesetwomodels,somefactorsaffectingtheinjectioncurrentuniformityaresimulatedandanalyzed,suchastheimpedancesofaddersandloads,celllocations,andfeedtimingofparalleldrivingpulses.Simulationresultsindicatethathigherimpedancesofadderandloadsareslightlybeneficialtoimproveinjectioncurrentuniformity.Astheimpedancesofadderandloadsincreasefrom5Ωto30Ω,theasymmetriccoefficientoffeedcurrentsdecreasesfrom10.3%to6.6%.Thecurrentnon-uniformitywithinthefirstcellisalittleworsethanthatinotherdownstreamcells.Simulationresultsalsoshowthatthefeedtimingwouldgreatlyaffectcurrentwaveforms,andconsequentlycausesomedistortioninpulsefrontsofcelloutputvoltages.Foragivendrivingpulsewithdurationtimeof70-80ns,thefeedtimingwithatimedeviationoflessthan20nsisacceptableforthethree-cellIVAs,justcausingtherisetimeofoutputvoltagestoincreaseabout5nsatmostandmakingthepeakvoltagedecreaseby3.5%.
简介:BasedonarrivaltimedataofseismicphasesofML≥2.0earthquakesmeasuredatShanxiDigitalSeismicNetworkfortheperiodfromJanuary2001toOctober2014,V_P/V_SintheShanxiregioniscalculatedusingtheWadatisinglestationandmulti-earthquakemethod,andaninvestigationisconductedintothevariationbehaviorofV_P/V_SintheShanxiregionbeforeandafterthethreeearthquakesofMS≥4.5in2010.OurstudyfindsthatabnormalV_P/V_Sappearedearlieratdistantstationsbeforeallofthethreeearthquakes,whichisatthetimerangefrom6monthsto1yearbeforetheearthquakes,andlateratnearstations,atthetimerange10daysto2monthsbeforeearthquakes.Therefore,itspossibletonarrowdownthescopeofthelocationinearthquakepredictionfromthedistantandnearstationdata.ThecalculationsofDongshanseismicstationindicatethatthesizeoftheresidualoftheorigintimehasimpactonthedetailofV_P/V_Svariation,thus,appropriatethresholdsshouldfirstlybesetfortheresidualsoforigintimeateachseismicstationinpracticalapplication,toensurescientificandsteadyV_P/V_Scalculations.

简介:Wereportonthehigh-poweramplificationofa1064nmlinearlypolarizedlaserinanall-fiberpolarizationmaintainedmasteroscillatorpoweramplifier,whichcanoperateatanoutputpowerlevelof1.3kW.Thebeamquality(M~2)wasmeasuredtobe<1.2atfullpoweroperation.Thepolarizationextinctionrateofthefiberamplifierwasmeasuredtobeabove94%beforemodeinstabilities(MIs)setin,whichreducedtoabout90%aftertheonsetofMI.ThepowerscalingcapabilityofstrategiesforsuppressingMIisanalyzedbasedonasemianalyticalmodel,thetheoreticalresultsofwhichagreewiththeexperimentalresults.ItshowsthatmitigatingMIbycoilingthegainfiberisaneffectiveandpracticalmethodinstandarddouble-claddinglargemodeareafiber,and,bytightcoilingofthegainfibertotheradiusof5.5cm,theMIthresholdcanbeincreasedtothreetimeshigherthanthatwithoutcoilingorloosecoiling.Experimentalstudieshavebeencarriedouttoverifytheidea,whichhasprovedthatMIwassuppressedsuccessfullyintheamplifierbypropercoiling.

简介:BackgroundValvularheartdisease(VHD)isdefinedasastructuralorfunctionalabnormalityincardiacvalvewhichencompassesanumberofcommoncardiovascularconditions.ThisstudywasaimedtoanalyzetheepidemiologicalchangesofVHDinasinglecardiovascularcenterofSouthernChina.MethodsAtotalof13,138VHDpatientsofGuangdonggeneralhospitalfromJanuary2011toDecember2013werescreenedbytransthoracicechocardiography(TTE)ortransesophagealechocardiography(TEE)andenrolledforthisstudy.Themorbidity,etiologicalspectrumandmanagementofthesepatientswereanalyzed.Continuousvariableswereexpressedasmean±standarddeviation.Categoricalvariableswereexpressedasratioorpercentage.ResultsPatientsinthisstudyweredividedintodifferentgroupsandwereanalyzedthroughoutchangesinmorbidity,etiologicalspectrumandmanagement.ConclusionsTheprevalenceofVHDremainshighinSouthernChinaandRHDisstilltheleadingetiologyofVHD.Butmorbidityrateisreducedandsurgeryisstillthemaintreatmentoption.
