Inthispaper,aLotka-Volterracooperationsystemwithsinglefeedbackcontrolisproposedandstudied.Weinvestigatethelocalstabilityandtheglobalstabilityofthesystem.Ourstudyshowsthatwithsuitablerestrictiononthecoefficientsofthefeedbackcontrolvariable,thesystemcanstillremaingloballystableorbecomeextinct,whichshowsthatthefeedbackcontrolvariableplaysaveryimportantroleinthedynamicsbehaviorsofthesystem.
