简介:摘要院本文基于航空发动机涡轮燃气出口温度高、要求准确度高的特点,设计了基于热电偶的测温系统,主要应用C8051F340单片机作为核心处理器,热电偶以及补偿电路的电势经过外围放大电路处理后送至高精度24位AD转换芯片AD7714中,AD7714将转换后的数字信号传给单片机,根据热电偶分度表采用查表法得到温度值,由数码管显示,实验验证了这种温度测量系统具有很高的准确度,误差小,电路简单,实用性强。
简介:摘要:本文是对航空发动机涡轮故障分析及维修方案设计的研究。对航空发动机涡轮故障进行研究工作,需要对涡轮的结构组成和工作原理以及故障模式有一个清晰的了解,并对故障模式给出预防措施,用可靠性分析法制定维修方案。本文首先对飞机涡轮发动机的重要性进行阐述。然后对目前国内外涡轮发动机的研究现状作出总结。发现各个国家在涡轮发动机方面的研究水平差距很大,我国在涡轮发动机研究上落后较大。了解涡轮内部系统的工作原理。在飞机正常的运行过程中对涡轮应注重维护和保养以及定期检修。
