  • 简介:AseriesofLa2O3/MCnylonnanocompositeswerepreparedviainsitupolymerization.Theeffectsofcontentofnano-La2O3onthemechanicalpropertiesofnanocompositeswerestudied.Dispersionofnano-La2O3inMCnylonmatrixwasobservedwithSEM.ThecrystalstructureofnanocompositeswascharacterizedbymeansofXRD.SEManalysisshowsthatLa2O3nanoparticlesareuniformlydispersedinMCnylonmatrixandlittleclusteringexistswhenthecontentofnano-La2O3islowerthan1%,however,whenthecontentofnano-La2O3ismorethan1%,itbeginstocluster.XRDanalysisindicatsthatnano-La2O3doesnotchangethecrystalstructureofMCnylon.Mechanicalpropertiestestsshowthatthetensilestrength,elongationatbreak,impactstrength,flexuralstrength,andflexuralmodulusofnanocompositesfirstincreasethendecreaseasthecontentofnano-La2O3isincreased.Whenthecontentofnano-La2O3is0.5%,thetensilestrengthandelongationatbreakofnanocompositesreachmaximum,whichare17.9%and52.1%higherrespectivelythanthoseofMCnylon.Whenthecontentofnano-La2O3is1.0%,theimpactstrength,flexuralstrengthandflexuralmodulusofnanocompositesreachmaximum,whichare36.6%,12.7%and16.3%higherrespectivelythanthoseofMCnylon.

  • 简介:本文主要研究添加微量稀土La2O3对Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃晶相组成,显微结构,抗折强度的影响,研究结果表明:添加微量La2O3有利于Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃中的主晶相β-锂辉石发育成完整的柱状,板状晶体,提高了微晶玻璃的抗折强度。

  • 简介:采用固相法制备La2O3与Sb2O3掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷,研究其介电性能及相变特性。通过X射线衍射法分析体系微观结构并利用扫描电镜观察其表面微观形貌。(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷具有典型的钙钛矿结构,且随着Sb2O3掺杂量的增多其平均粒径显著减小。La3+离子以及Sb3+离子均占据钙钛矿晶格的A位。La2O3与Sb2O3添加量的改变显著影响钛酸锶钡基陶瓷的介电常数以及介电损耗。La2O3改性的钛酸锶钡陶瓷其四方-立方相变为二级相变,且居里温度随着La2O3掺杂量的增多向低温方向移动。(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷则体现为弥散相变,随着Sb2O3含量的增大而偏离居里-外斯定律越显著。由于Sb3+离子对晶格原位离子的取代使得(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷的介电常数最大值下的温度亦随着Sb2O3含量的增大而降低。

  • 简介:Nanostructuredγ-Al2O3withhighsurfaceareaandmesoporousstructurewassynthesizedbysol-gelmethodandemployedascatalystsupportfornickelcatalystsinmethanereformingwithcarbondioxide.ThepreparedsampleswerecharacterizedbyXRD,N2adsorption-desorption,TPR,TPO,TPH,NH3-TPDandSEMtechniques.TheBETanalysisshowedahighsurfaceareaof204m2g-1andanarrowpore-sizedistributioncenteredatadiameterof5.5nmforcatalystsupport.TheBETresultsrevealedthatadditionoflanthanumoxidetoaluminumoxidedecreasedthespecificsurfacearea.Inaddition,TPRresultsshowedthatadditionoflanthanumoxideincreasedthereducibilityofnickelcatalyst.Thecatalyticevaluationresultsshowedanincreaseinmethaneconversionwithincreasinglanthanumoxideto3mol%andfurtherincreaseinlanthanumcontentdecreasedthecatalyticactivity.TPOanalysisrevealedthatthecokedepositiondecreasedwithincreasinglanthanumoxideto3mol%.SEMandTPHanalysesconfirmedtheformationofwhiskertypecarbonoverthespentcatalysts.AdditionofsteamandO2todryreformingfeedincreasedthemethaneconversionandledtocarbonfreeoperationincombinedprocesses.

  • 简介:本文研究了添加剂La2O3对FeNi粉末触媒合成金刚石的影响。实验结果表明,La2O3对金刚石的成核具有明显的抑制作用;借助于光学显微镜,我们发现Fe—La2PO3-C体系合成出的晶体晶形完整,但透明度变的很差,且表面变得很粗糙。

  • 简介:采用溶胶喷雾干燥-煅烧还原方法制备超细/纳米W-La2O3复合粉末,将粉末压制成形后在1950℃烧结,制备La2O3弥散强化钨合金,检测合金的密度与强度,并采用SEM对超细粉末形貌、合金的组织结构、断口形貌进行分析,结果表明:随La2O3加入量增加,粉末颗粒显著细化,W-0.7%La2O3复合粉末的粒径仅为0.1μm;制备的W-La2O3超细/纳米复合粉末具有很高的烧结活性,烧结后,合金最高相对密度达到99.1%;La2O3均匀弥散分布于钨晶界,抑制钨合金的晶粒长大,提高材料的强度,W-0.7%La2O3合金中钨平均晶粒尺寸仅为8.7μm,抗弯强度达到548MPa;合金的断裂形式表现为穿晶-沿晶共有的复合断裂形式。

  • 简介:BasedonthetechniqueforpreparingLaCl3viadirectpyrolysisofrareearthchloridesolution,ajetpyrolysisreactorwasdesignedandtheintra-reactortemperatureandchemicalreactionswerenumericallysimulatedusingcomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)technique.Theresultsshowthattheflowratevariationatthefuelinletdoesnotlargelyaffectthetemperatureinthereactor,whiletheincreaseinexternalpressureatthematerialinletrapidlydecreasestheaveragetemperature,Venturitemperature,andoutlettemperature.TheCH4andO2insidethereactorarecombustedcompletely,andwhenthematerialinletpressureis\90Pa,theLaCl3isfullypyrogenated.ThecontentsofCO2,La2O3,andHClfluctuateneartheVenturitubeandfinallystabilize.La2O3contentattheoutletisinatop-to-bottomgradient.

  • 简介:Inthiswork,boththethermalexpansionandelectricalconductivityofnanocrystallineLa2Mo2O9werestudied.ThenanocrystallinepowderofLa2Mo2O9wasobtainedbysol-gelmethod,andwiththehelpofSHP(superhighpressure)upto4.5×104atmat700℃forashorttime,andthenanocrystallinepowderwasdensifiedwithoutobviousparticlesizegrowth.TheelectricalconductivityofnanocrystallineLa2Mo2O9wasoneorderofmagnitudelowerthanthatofthemicrocrystallinesampleatthesametemperature.Owingtothephasetransition,themicrocrystallineLa2Mo2O9hasanabruptincreaseofthermalexpansionwithapeakvalueof48×10-6K-1at556℃.Forthenanocrystallinematerial,thepeakvalueincreasesto112×10-6K-1at520℃.Ontheotherhand,above600℃thesignificantgrowthofparticlesizeofthenanocrystallineLa2Mo2O9wasobserved,accompanyingbyatremendousincreaseofthermalexpansionwithapeakvalueofthirdhigherthanthatofLa2Mo2O9.

  • 简介:本文通过高分辨X射线衍射及掠入射(GID)的实验方法对生长在SrTiO3衬底上的LLa2/3Ca1/3MnO3和YBaCu3O7单层膜及YBa2Cu3O7-x/La23Ca1/3MnO3异质结构双层薄膜的微结构进行了研究。结果发现,所有薄膜都呈c向生长。由于热膨胀系数的不同而引起的热应力使得LCMO膜的晶格参数与靶材的相差较大。La2/3Ca1/3MnO3在单层腹及双层膜中都由靶材的立方结构变成了薄膜状态的四方结构。YBa2Cu3O7在单层膜及双层膜中都由靶材的正交结构变成了薄膜状态的四方结构。La2/3Ca1/3MnO3膜与YBa2Cu3O7膜在不同的样品中处于不同的应力状态。

  • 简介:Er~(3+)andLa~(3+)codopedY_2O_3nanocrystallinepowdersweresynthesizedbygelcombustionmethodandcharacterizedwiththermalanalysis,X-raydiffraction(XRD),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),high-resolutionTEM(HRTEM)techniquesandfluorescencespectroscopy.Afterbeingcalcinedat1200oC,the(Y_(1–x)La_x)_2O_3:Er~(3+)powderswereconfirmedtobecubicY_2O_3phasewiththecrystallinegrainsizeintherangeof20–40nm.TheEr~(3+)emissionat1.53μmfromthe~4I_(13/2)→~4I_(15/2)transitionwasobserved,whichwasfoundtobeenhancedbyintroducingLa~(3+)ions.SuchenhancementcouldbeattributedtotheadjustmentofEr~(3+)ions'localenvironmentbythecodopingofLa~(3+)ions,leadingtotheincreasedgroundstateabsorptioncrosssectionofEr~(3+)ions.

  • 简介:Thispaperreportsonthelongevityofglycerol-dry(CO2)reformingoverthelanthanum(La)promotedNi/Al2O3catalysts.TheXRDresultsshowedthattheNiparticlewaswell-dispersedinthepresenceofLapromoter.Inaddition,viatheNH3-TPDanalysis,itwasfoundthattheLapromoterhasreducedtheacidityofNicatalystwhichmayhaveexplainedthemitigationofcarbonlaydown.Itwasdeterminedthatthe3.0wt%La-promotedNi/Al2O3catalystpossessedthelargestBETspecificsurfaceareaof97m2g-1.Consequently,ityieldedthebestcatalyticlongevityperformancewithconversionattainedmorethan90%,evenafter72hofreactionduration.Significantly,itcanbeconfirmedthatthepresenceofCO2duringtheglyceroldryreformingwasessentialinreducingcarbondeposition,mostlikelyviagasificationpathway.Thishasensuredastabilityofcatalyticactivityforalongreactionperiod(72h).

  • 简介:Inordertorealizetheco-firingwithAg/Pdelectrodesinmultilayerdevices,Pb(Zn1/3Nb2/3)1-,-yZrxTiyO3(0.25<x<0.35,0.25<y<0.35)piezoelectricceramics(hereafterdesignatedPZN-PZT)modifiedbyLa2O3hasbeenpreparedbyconventionaltechniquewithsinteringtemperaturefrom1100℃to1140℃.X-raydiffractionpatternsdemonstratedthatpureperovskitephasewasobtained.Secondaryelectronimage(SEI)showedthatcrystallinegrainsinceramicswerewellgrown.d33ofmanufacturedsamplewasashighas560×10-12C/N.kpwasabout0.61andtgδabout30×10-3.TheexistenceofliquidphaseexaminedbyelectrondiffractioninPZN-PZTsampleisbeneficialtosinteringoftheceramic.
