Theproblemsoftheearth'sgravityfields'visualizationarebothfocusandpuzzlecurrently.Aimingatmultiresolutionrendering,modelingoftheEarth'sgravityfields'dataisdiscussedinthepaperbyusingLODalgorithmbasedonQuadTree.First,thispaperemployedthemethodofLODbasedonQuadTreetopideuptheregionalgravityanomalydata,introducedthecombinednodeevaluationsystemthatwascomposedofviewpointrelatedandroughnessrelatedsystems,andtheneliminatedtheT-cracksthatappearedamongthegravityanomalydatagridswithdifferentresolutions.Thetestresultsdemonstratedthatthegravityanomalydatagrids'renderingeffectswereliving,andthecomputationalpowerwaslow.Therefore,theproposedalgorithmwasasuitablemethodformodelingthegravityanomalydataandhaspotentialapplicationsinvisualizationoftheearth'sgravityfields.
