PURPOSE：Fotemustineisanitrosoureacompoundusedforthetreatmentofmalignantgliomas,especiallyinFrance.Recently,anEORTC-NCICstudyhasshownthataconcomitantcombinationofradiotherapyplustemozolomide（anoralcytotoxicdrug）improvedsurvivalinglioblastomapatients.Wesetouttotestaconcurrentcombinationofradiotherapyandfotemustinefornewlymalignantgliomas.
