摘要
【摘 要】目的：对比在踝关节骨折修复中采取可吸收螺钉与金属螺钉内固定治疗的效果。方法：在 2016年 5月至 2019年 5月期间来我院就诊的踝关节骨折患者中选取 50例，依据计算机表法分组，各 25例。对甲组行可吸收螺钉内固定治疗，对乙组行金属螺钉内固定治疗。检验 2组骨折愈合时间、临床疗效、不良事件发生率以及踝关节评分。结果：相比甲组，乙组临床疗效较低，但无明显差异性（ p>0.05） ;2组患者的骨折愈合时间、踝关节评分、不良事件发生率均无显著差异（ p>0.05）。结论：在踝关节骨折修复中使用可吸入螺钉置入内固定具有较优的生物相容性，使踝关节功能恢复正常，相比于金属螺钉内固定治疗效果较优。

Objective: To compare the effect of absorbable screw and metal screw internal fixation in the repair of ankle fracture. Methods: from May 2016 to may 2019, 50 patients with ankle fracture were selected and divided into 25 cases according to the computer table method. Group a received absorbable screw internal fixation, while group B received metal screw internal fixation. The fracture healing time, clinical efficacy, incidence of adverse events and ankle score of the two groups were tested. Results: compared with group A, the clinical efficacy of group B was lower, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05); there was no significant difference in fracture healing time, ankle score and incidence of adverse events between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion: in the repair of ankle fracture, the use of inhaled screw fixation has better biocompatibility, which can restore the ankle function to normal, and has better therapeutic effect than metal screw internal fixation.
