摘要
A28YEAR-OLDmalepatientpresentedatthedepartmentofgenitourinarymedicineonAugust14,2000withgenitalpapules,generalizederythematousmacules,andscalesofmorethan2months'duration.Twomonthsearlier,thepatienthadpresentedatthelocalhospitalwiththreesitesoferythematousmacularpapulesontheglanspenis,ofnoclearcause.Atthattime,guttateerythematousmaculeswithscalesalsoappearedonthewholebodywithseverepruritus.Hewasdiagnosedwithpsoriasisvulgaris,wasadministeredcapsulesofretinoicacid,andtreatedfortwomonths.However,whenthelesionsandprurituswerenotrelieved,hepresentedatourclinic.
