摘要 2CasesofMediterraneanspottedfeverinFrancewerereportedinthispaper.Bothhadtraveledintheendemicareasbeforeonset.Theirclinicalmanifestationsincludedfever,headache,myalgia,eruptionandblackeschar.SerologictestssuchasWeil-Felixreaction,Indirectimmunoflurescenceandcomplementfixationconfirmedthediagnosis.Thepatientsrecoveredwithoutcomplicationsandweredischargedfromhospitalaftereffectivetreatment.Simultaneously,theepidemiology,clinicaldiagnosis,treatmentandpreventionofthediseasewerereviewedandthepossibilityofthediseasebeingintroducedintothisterritorywasdiscussed.Theauthorheldthatattentionshouldbepaidtotheprophylaxisandtreatmentofthediseaseintheinternationaltravelhealthcare.
