摘要
Macroporousmethylacrylate-divinylbenzenecopolymersweresynthesizedandmodifiedbypolyethylenepolyamine.TheaminoacylasefromAspergillusoryzaewasadsordedonthesemodifiedcopolymers.Theroleofcertainfactorssuchasdegreeofcross-linking,amountofporegenicsolvent,modifyingagentandporestructures,intheactivityofimmobilizedaminoacylasewasstudied.EffectsofadsorptiontimeandamountofenzymeusedontheactivityofaminocylaseimmobilizedonMMD-12-13werealsoinvestigated.ThecolumnofaminoacylaseimmobilizedonMMD-12-13waspreparedandN-acyl-DL-methioninewasresolvedcontinuouslyforamonth,theremainingactivitywasstillover90%.
