摘要 Theceramicsettingbindersobtainedbymeansoftherawmixmechano-chemicalprocessing(mechanicaldispersionandchemicalinteractionprocessescombination),usedforbondingrefractoryconcretes,becomemoreavailablewithasubsequentincreasedinterestintheirpropertiesbecausetheydevelopinitialstrengthduringaheatupoftheunitswithin8-10h,incontrastto24hafterplacementforhighAl2O3cements(HAC).Thisstrengthdevelopmentenableshightemperatureprocessingunitstoberelinedwithminimumturnaroundtime,thusprovidingafavoredcost/performanceratio.Thepresentpaperidentifiesthepredominantphosphatephasesresponsiblefordevelopinggoodmechanical-strengthpropertiesofzirconiaandaluminaconcretesbondedwithmechano-chemicalbinders.Itsetsoutthecolloidandcrystallinephasesresultedfrominterphaseinteractionthatprovidethebasisforhighconcentratedbondingsuspensions(HCBS)technologyusefultotherefractoryindustry.
