摘要 Asanintegralcomponentofthe＂OneBeltandOneRoad＂strategicvision,theconstructionofthe21stCenturyMaritimeSilkRoadwillreflectthedevelopingpathofChina＇smaritimegeo-economywithsignificantpolit-icalanddiplomaticimplications.Althoughtheconstructionofthenewmaritimesilkroadhasits？endogenouslogicandjustifiedconsiderations,itwillencountervariouschallengesanddifficulties.Inordertoachievethestrategicgoalofsettingupacommunity？ofcommoninterestand？destinywiththerelativecountries,the＂MaritimeSilkRoad＂programhastobeadvancedcautiouslywiththeprinciplesofwideconsultation,jointcontributionandsharedbenefits.
