简介:Differentrareearth(RE)ionsdopantswereaddedintotheSrAl2SiO7:Eu2+phosphorsinordertoenhancethephosphorescenceproperties,andtheeffectoftheREionsincludingYb3+,Ce3+,Nd3+,Dy3+andTm3+,wascomparativelyinvestigated.ItwasfoundthatNd3+additionimprovedthephosphorescencepropertiesobviouslyamongallthestudiedREions.Therefore,Sr1.96–xAl2SiO7:xEu2+,yNd3+phosphorswerestudiedindetail,andtheoptimumEu2+andNd3+concentrationsweredeterminedwiththeafterglowtimeofabout20min.Thephasestructures,photoluminescence(PL)properties,long-lastingphosphorescence(LLP)properties,afterglowdecaycurvesandthermo-luminescence(TL)fortheselectedphosphorsduringthecorrespondingstudywereinvestigated.AllthephosphorsexhibitedgreenPLemissionandLLPemission.ThereweretwoTLbandslocatedatabout325and380Kforthestudiedsamples,andtherelationshipbetweenREadditionandphosphorescencepropertieswasdiscussed.
简介:Sr1.995–1.5xGdxSiO4:0.005Eu2+phosphorserieswithx=0–0.08molfornear-ultravioletwhitelight-emittingdiodes(NUVw-LEDs)weresynthesizedviasolid-statereactionmethod.XRDprofilepatternandrefinementresultsdemonstratedthatdopingGd3+ionsresultedinthephasetransformation(β-Sr2SiO4→α’-Sr2SiO4).Thephotoluminescencespectrumofthesamplewithx=0moldisplayedtwoemissionpeakscenteredat470and525nm.Thetwo-peakspectrabecameone-peakspectrawiththeGd3+concentrationincreasing.Actually,thefittingresultsdemonstratedthattheone-peakspectrawerestillcomposedoftwosingleemissionspectra.ThephotoluminescenceintensitywasimprovedandtheCIEchromaticitycoordinateswereadjustedviadopingGd3+.

简介:摘要目的探讨PD-1/PD-L1在多发性骨髓瘤中的表达及临床意义.方法采用流式细胞术检测初治MM治疗前后及健康体检者外周血T细胞表面PD-1的表达,并对其与MM的临床分期及临床疗效进行相关性分析.结果①初治MM外周血T细胞上PD-1的表达较健康体检者高,且治疗后明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②PD-1的表达水平与疾病分期呈正相关,与临床疗效呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论PD-1/PDL1信号途径可能参与了MM的免疫逃逸及恶性增殖,有望成为MM免疫治疗的新靶点及预后指标.关键词多发性骨髓瘤;PD-1;免疫治疗中图分类号R733.3文献标识码A文章编号1008-6315(2015)10-0052-02
简介:摘要目的探讨在单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎中柯里拉京对PD-1及其相关分子表达的影响并检测其相应的病理改变。方法采取颅内注射1型单纯疱疹病毒的方法在Balb/c小鼠中诱导单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎的动物模型。本实验分为4组生理盐水组,病毒感染组,地塞米松组,和柯里拉京组。采用Western-blot法检测脑组织中PD-1,PD-L1,和Foxp3的表达变化,并且采用HE染色法检测相应的神经病理。结果与生理盐水组相比,小鼠脑组织中PD-1,PD-L1和Foxp3的表达量在病毒感染组中明显降低(P<0.05)。与病毒感染组相比,柯里拉京组这三个分子的表达量均升高(P<0.05)。此外,柯里拉京组脑内的病理变化如出血和坏死等与病毒感染组相比均明显减轻。结论在单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎小鼠动物模型中,PD-1,PD-L1和Foxp3的表达下调;而柯里拉京治疗可以升高这三个分子的表达并改善相应的病理改变。
简介:程序性死亡分子-1(PD-1)是T淋巴细胞膜表面表达的负向协同刺激分子,与其主要配体(PD-L1)形成通路后,可以减弱T淋巴细胞的免疫反应,甚至导致T淋巴细胞功能衰竭。PD-1/PD-L1信号通路在乙型肝炎病毒感染后的效应T细胞免疫耐受中具有重要作用,阻断该途径可能是抗病毒治疗的方向之一,具有良好的应用前景。

简介:背景和目的体细胞突变可能使肿瘤细胞具有编码"异己"免疫原性抗原的能力。由此推测,对由于错配修复缺陷所致大量体细胞突变的肿瘤,免疫检查点阻滞治疗可能有效。方法我们在41例进展期转移癌患者(有或没有错配修复缺陷)中对pembrolizumab[针对程序性死亡受体1(PD-1)的免疫检测点抑制剂]的临床疗效进行2期临床研究。患者分为错配修复基因缺陷结直肠癌患者组(dMMR)、错配修复基因正常结直肠癌患者组(pMMR)和错配修复基因缺陷非结直肠癌患者组,所有患者均采用Pembrolizumab静脉注射(10mg/kg,每14天重复一次)。观察终点是免疫反应率和20周的免疫相关肿瘤无进展生存率。结果结直肠癌dMMR组的客观反应率和免疫相关肿瘤无进展生存率分别为40%(4/10)和78%(7/9),而结直肠癌pMMR组分别为0%(0/18)和11%(2/18)。截至统计时,dMMR组未达无进展生存和总生存,而pMMR组则分别为2.2和5.0个月(疾病进展或死亡风险比0.10,P〈0.001;死亡风险比0.22,P=0.05)。非结直肠癌dMMR组的结果和结直肠癌dMMR组类似,其免疫相关客观反应率和无进展生存率分别为71%(5/7)和67%(4/6)。全基因组外显子测序显示dMMR肿瘤平均检测到1782个体细胞突变,而pMMR肿瘤仅有73个突变(P=0.007),且体细胞突变高载荷的肿瘤患者无进展生存期相对较长(P=0.02)。结论本研究表明,错配修复状态可以预测免疫检查点阻滞药物pembrolizumab的治疗效果。
简介:摘要目的对比研究瑞士PD根管充填糊剂与传统根管充填糊剂的治疗效果。方法选取我院门诊接收的需根管治疗患者116例作为研究对象,随机分为实验组与对照组,其中实验组60例,治疗采用瑞士PD根管充填糊剂,对照组56例,治疗采用氧化锌丁香油糊剂。对比分析两种充填糊剂的治疗效果。结果使用瑞士PD根管充填糊剂的实验组患者无疼痛反应的为91.7%,对照组为79.3%,实验组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者术后1年实验组成功率为96.7%,对照组为91.4%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论瑞士PD根管充填糊剂术后疼痛反应程度明显低于传统根管充填糊剂,两种填充糊剂的远期效果均比较理想,瑞士PD根管糊剂效果似略好于传统糊剂。
