简介：目的研讨高尿酸血症（HUA）对二型糖尿病（T2DM）患者心功能和颈动脉粥样斑块形成的影响。方法纳入我院2016年7月~2017年6月接诊的140例T2DM患者到研究当中，所有患者行血尿酸检查和颈部血管彩超检查，根据HUA水平分组，将合并HUA的患者纳入观察组，将未合并HUA的患者纳入对照组，对比两组患者LVEF、E/A、cTnT、IMT及颈动脉粥样斑块评分，分析HUA对T2DM患者心功能及颈动脉粥样斑块形成的影响。结果观察组LVEF水平、E/A水平明显低于对照组，而cTnT明显高于对照组（p<0.05）；观察组颈动脉粥样斑块评分及IMT明显高于对照组（p<0.05）。结论HUA可加重T2DM患者心功能衰竭，同时还可促进颈动脉粥样斑块的形成，应当引起临床重视。
