简介:摘要目的探讨静脉注射国产与进口左卡尼汀在维持性HD(HD)患者中的疗效,并进行药物经济学分析,为医生在维持性HD患者中规范使用左卡尼汀提供科学的临床试验依据。方法2012年1月-2012年12月的HD患者中筛选,把使用左卡尼汀的患者进行分类统计,分成国产组与进口组来比较疗效、不良反应等,并进行药物经济学分析,利用最小成本法来分析、评价。结果二组左旋卡尼汀在维持性HD中能明显改善患者的生活质量,同时治疗效果、不良反应方面基本相同。国产组明显低于进口组,二组相比P值小于0.001,有统计学意义。结论静脉注射二组左卡尼汀均可改善维持性HD患者的并发症。
