  • 简介:摘要:为了克服COVID-2019传染疾病对经济和生命财产安全造成了巨大影响问题。论文提出了用 模型对确诊人数预测研究,该方法使用大数据技术爬虫,拟合出良好的预测模型。实验结果表明,建立了 模型,拟合效果好,并预测出中国香港未来一天的确诊人数为5354人。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:了解COVID-2019危重症护理人员的替代性创伤情况。方法:对新型冠状病毒(COVID-2019)肺炎危重患者护理期间的护理人员轮休时候采用“替代性创伤问卷调查表”进行调查,并对其结果统计学分析。结果:210例武汉支援者中,女性替代性创伤程度高于男性;年龄在31岁以上的支援者替代性创伤高于31岁以下支援者;有危重患者护理经历的护士替代性创伤程度高于没有危重患者护理经验的支援护士并且与护理危重症患者时间呈正相关性。结论:危重症护理人员、女性、已婚的护理人员替代性创伤严重;在一线时间3周以上的支援护理人员比病情同等危重程度的护理人员的替代性创伤严重。

Therefore, pulmonary rehabilitation is crucial for both admitted and discharged patients of COVID-19. In this study, based on the newly released pulmonary rehabilitation guidelines for patients with COVID-19, as well as evidence from the pulmonary rehabilitation of patients with severe acute respiratory syndrome, we investigated pulmonary rehabilitation for patients with COVID-19 having complications, such as chronic pulmonary disease, and established an intelligent respiratory rehabilitation model for these patients.

  • 简介:AbstractCOVID-19 has become a pandemic and it has already spread to at least 171 countries/regions. Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global public health problem with a total of approximately 850 million patients with CKD worldwide and 119.5 million in China. Severe COVID-19 infection may damage the kidney and cause acute tubular necrosis, leading to proteinuria, hematuria and elevated serum creatinine. Since the SARS-CoV-2 enters the cells by binding to the angiotensin-converting enzyme 2 receptor, some doctors question its ability to increase the risk and severity of developing COVID-19. Neither clinical data nor basic scientific evidence supports this assumption. Therefore, patients who take angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor or angiotensin receptor blocker are not advised to change their therapy. Patients with CKD are generally the elderly population suffering from multiple comorbidities. Moreover, some patients with CKD might need to take glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants. Dialysis patients are recurrently exposed to a possible contaminated environment because their routine treatment usually requires three dialysis sessions per week. Considering all the above reasons, patients with CKD are more vulnerable to COVID-19 than the general population. The development of COVID-19 may worsen the impaired kidney function and further lead to rapid deterioration of kidney function and even death. Strict comprehensive protocols should be followed to prevent the spread of COVID-19 among patients with CKD. In this review, we provide some practical management recommendations for health care providers, patients with CKD, dialysis patients and dialysis facilities.

  • 简介:摘要随着COVID-19疫情在全球范围内暴发,中国的疫情防控将呈长期化趋势。放疗作为妇科恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段,在做好疫情防控的同时合理应用,可使患者做到"防疫"、"抗瘤"两不误。本推荐将国内防疫指南、国外防疫及妇科肿瘤治疗文献,与北京协和医院前期疫情期间妇科肿瘤放疗实践相结合,从疫情期间妇科肿瘤放疗原则、临床试验、MDT及学术活动方面,为国内放疗科、妇科放疗组在COVID-19疫情期间的妇科恶性肿瘤放疗工作的开展提供指导建议。

  • 简介:摘要目的调查2019新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情期间肿瘤放疗患者焦虑及抑郁情况。方法采用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表,对COVID-19疫情期间101例肿瘤放疗患者进行横断面调查。结果COVID-19疫情期间肿瘤放疗患者焦虑和抑郁发生率分别为15.8%和27.7%,其中12.9%的患者同时患有焦虑和抑郁。焦虑总分平均值为49.4分(25~76分),抑郁总分平均值为46.4分(25~83分),均高于国内常模。年龄是影响焦虑的因素,居住在城市者更易出现焦虑和抑郁状态。结论COVID-19疫情期间肿瘤放疗患者存在焦虑和抑郁心理,疫情因素会使上述情况加重,应关注上述患者心理健康,积极疏导,减轻疫情因素对患者产生的心理影响。

  • 简介:摘要目的比较有无2019新型冠状病毒病(COVID-19)患者临床资料与预后,以指导合并慢性基础疾病患者的临床救治工作。方法收集湖北省妇幼保健院光谷院区2020年2月19日至3月16日收治的确诊的1 183例COVID-19患者的临床资料,并将患者分为合并慢性基础疾病组(A组)和未合并慢性基础疾病组(B组),成组t检验比较两组临床特征和预后。结果共纳入1 183例,其中A组538例(占45.48%), B组645例。A组中高血压病378例、糖尿病164例、呼吸系统疾病117例、心脏病81例、脑梗死40例(部分患者合并多种疾病)。A组中男243例,女295例;B组中男243例,女402例。两组在年龄、体重及入院SPO2不同(P<0.05);入院时A组和B组重症/危重症的比例分别21.12%、9.15%(P<0.05); A组在白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、肌红蛋白、超敏肌钙蛋白明显高于B组(P<0.05),而在淋巴细胞计数、白蛋白明显低于B组(P<0.05)。A组住院天数(13.15±5.21)d, B组住院天数(11.88±4.84)d(P<0.05)。A组死亡18例,B组死亡13例(P>0.05)。结论COVID-19患者有45.48%合并慢性基础疾病,提示针对COVID-19患者隔离治疗时也应关注基础疾病的治疗。合并基础疾病的COVID-19患者危、重型比例更高,炎症反应、心肌受损更重,住院时间更长。

  • 简介:摘要目的评估血清新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)IgM/IgG检测在COVID-19快速诊断中的应用价值,以期进一步完善COVID-19的诊断/筛查体系。方法收集32例COVID-19患者(RT-PCR法检测2019-nCoV核酸阳性,且有临床症状者)和34例非COVID-19患者(RT-PCR法检测2019-nCoV核酸阴性,并经临床诊断排除COVID-19者)的血液样本,采用胶体金免疫层析法对样本进行2019-nCoV IgM/IgG快速检测,并分析检测的灵敏性、特异性及其与病程变化的相关性。结果32份COVID-19患者样本中,9份样本2019-nCoV IgM阳性,检出率为28.1%(9/32);2019-nCoV IgG阳性样本25份,检出率为78.1%(25/32);IgM/IgG总检出率为84.4%(27/32)。34份非COVID-19患者样本中,2019-nCoV IgG阳性样本2份,检出率为5.9%(2/34);未检测到2019-nCoV IgM阳性样本。COVID-19患者出现症状后的10~20 d,血清IgM检出率为42.9%(3/7),21~30 d为30.8%(4/13),31~40 d为16.7%(2/12),随病程延长呈下降趋势;COVID-19患者出现症状后的10~20 d,血清IgG检出率为57.1%(4/7),21~30 d为84.6%(11/13),31~40 d为83.3%(10/12),随病程延长呈上升趋势,在21~30 d左右达高峰。结论血清2019-nCoV IgM/IgG检测(胶体金法)在诊断2019-nCoV感染中具有较高的灵敏性(84.4%)和较强的特异性(94.1%),因该检测方法具有灵活、快速、简便等特点,在COVID-19的诊断/筛查中具有较强的应用价值,可作为COVID-19诊断/筛查体系的有益补充。

  • 简介:摘要2019新型冠状病毒病(2019 novel coronavirus disease, COVID-19)的发生导致了疫情严重地区早期乳腺癌患者多种治疗的延迟,严重影响了此类患者的标准治疗模式及预后。在疫情中后期,如何制定相对合理的治疗调整方案,是乳腺肿瘤专科医疗团队的当务之急。为此,检索分析国内外文献,并结合笔者所在医院乳腺肿瘤多学科综合诊疗团队专家共同讨论的意见,探讨为治疗延迟的早期乳腺癌患者提供合理的治疗策略。
