简介：目的对CI儿童和正常儿童双条件词语的听理解能力进行比较,分析两组儿童在并列、动宾、主谓、偏正和介宾五类词语上的差异,明确CI儿童听理解能力的问题所在。同时研究语训三个月前后CI儿童对五类词语听理解能力的发展情况。方法所有受试者均采用《儿童听觉理解能力评估》表的双条件词语进行测试,采用主试者读,受试者听辨的＂一对一＂形式,对实验结果进行记录分析。结果三个月前正常儿童在并列词语和偏正词语上的正确率明显高于CI儿童;三个月后正常儿童在动宾词语上的正确率明显高于CI儿童;对CI儿童而言,三个月前偏正词语的正确率明显低于三个月后的正确率。结论CI儿童与正常儿童在并列和偏正词语上存在显著差异,经过三个月的学习后CI儿童在五类词语上的听理解能力有所改变,但不明显。
