简介:摘 要:针对大壁厚925钢锻件的-20℃冲击断口纤维率问题,进行了淬火温度、回火温度、保温时间、低温锻造等系列工艺优化试验,结果表明925锻件最佳淬火温度在870℃,回火温度在670℃;锻件实际晶粒度与低温冲击韧性正相关;采用低温锻造工艺,可以改善低温塑韧性,但锻件壁厚超过150mm后心部位置冷速满,冲击试样断面纤维率很难满足要求。
简介:摘要:针对异种不锈钢轴类零件的密封问题,采用连续激光焊接设备进行焊接试验。通过调节不同的激光输出功率等变量,测试激光连续焊接后的密封性能。并研究了不同工艺参数对激光连续焊接后的密封性能的影响。研究表明:在离焦量为+1 mm,脉宽1.2 ms,激光峰值功率800 W的情况下,密封性能最优。
