简介:摘要宁德基地1/2/3/4号机组STR系统蒸汽转换器给水泵投入生产后,由于厂家设计及制造技术不成熟,运行期间频繁产生润滑异常、机封损坏等缺陷,通过缺陷分类、统计分析确定70%为润滑异常缺陷即轴承室设计、加工工艺不足造成。N104大修期间对宁德核电1号机两台STR泵的轴承室存在设计、加工缺陷部分进行优化改造,设备运行稳定,消除了轴承室缺陷。后续计划对2/3/4号机组6台STR泵进行轴承室改造工作,以提高设备系统的可靠性,减少设备缺陷、故障的发生率,减少人因失误,为企业降本增效。
简介:摘要:某核电厂主给水泵轴承室频繁发生漏油问题,通过优化油封配合间隙、改进油封机构、调整润滑油压力等方式,均无明显改善。本文通过对该型主给水泵联轴器旋转产生的空气流动特性进行分析,发现不同结构形式的联轴器护罩,产生的压力分布不同,导致护罩轴伸间隙(即油封间隙)的负压不同,负压越大越容易导致漏油现象。经对当联轴器护罩结构进行优化设计,有效降低了轴伸间隙的负压,彻底消除了主给水泵轴承室漏油隐患。
