简介：　　 [摘要 ] 目的 探究立体定向导航下经颞下及枕下 2种手术方式治疗脑干出血的临床疗效。 方法 选择 2017年 1月～ 2019年 12月我院进行手术治疗的 52例脑干出血患者，根据治疗方法分为甲组（ n = 26），采用经颞下入路的手术方式进行治疗；乙组（ n = 26），采用枕下入路的手术方式进行治疗。参照格拉斯哥的预后标准对两组患者的临床治疗效果以及预后情况进行分析与比较。 结果 甲组患者良好率为 19.23%（ 5/26），重残率为 11.54%（ 3/26），死亡率为 69.23%（ 18/26）；乙组患者良好率为 23.08%（ 6/26），重残率为 15.38%（ 4/26），死亡率为 61.54%（ 16/26）；两组比较，差异无统计学意义（ P > 0.05）。 结论 两组患者的临床疗效相当，医院应根据患者的实际病情制订最佳手术方案。  　　 [关键词 ] 立体定向导航；经颞下入路；枕下入路；脑干出血  [Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of stereotactic navigation in the treatment of brainstem hemorrhage. Methods from January 2017 to December 2019, 52 patients with brainstem hemorrhage were divided into group A (n = 26) and group B (n = 26). According to Glasgow's prognosis standard, the clinical treatment effect and prognosis of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results the good rate of group A was 19.23% (5 / 26), the severe disability rate was 11.54% (3 / 26), and the mortality rate was 69.23% (18 / 26); the good rate of group B was 23.08% (6 / 26), the severe disability rate was 15.38% (4 / 26), and the mortality rate was 61.54% (16 / 26); there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion the clinical effect of the two groups is equal. The hospital should make the best operation plan according to the actual condition of the patients.

简介：[摘要 ] 目的 探讨 立体定向射频温控热凝术（ PRF ） 与微血管减压术（ MVD ） 治疗三叉神经痛的效果。 方法 选择我院收治的 64 例 三叉神经痛患者 ，随机分为 2 组，各 32 例 。对照组采用 MVD ，观察组使用 PRF ，比较两组术后情况。 结果 两组 VAS 评分均降低， P＜ 0.05； 观察组有效率、 并发症发生率略低 ， VAS 评分、 复发率略高， P＞ 0.05。 结论 PRF 与 MVD 治疗三叉神经痛疗效均确切， MVD 复发率低，而 PRF 并发症少。 [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of stereotactic radiofrequency thermocoagulation (PRF) and microvascular decompression (MVD) in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods ： 64 patients with trigeminal neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, 32 in each group. MVD was used in the control group and PRF was used in the observation group. Results： T he VAS score of the two groups decreased (P < 0.05), the effective rate and complication rate of the observation group were slightly lower, the VAS score and recurrence rate were slightly higher (P > 0.05). Conclusion： B oth PRF and MVD are effective in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia, the recurrence rate of MVD is low, and the complications of PRF are few.
