Modified Kugel补片修补术治疗腹股沟马鞍疝的临床体会

简介：马鞍疝是指腹股沟斜疝和腹股沟直疝位于同侧,二种疝的疝囊分别位于腹壁下动脉内、外侧,形如＂马鞍＂故称马鞍疝。常见于年老体弱等腹壁薄弱的患者,这类患者具有疝环及疝囊较大导致腹壁缺损严重的特点,术前往往只表现为一种疝,较难做出明确诊断,一般均在手术中发现。选择何种疝修补方式及术中如何选择补片成为减少马鞍疝术后并发症及术后复发率的主要因素。回顾性分析2011年6月至2014年4月,黑龙江省哈尔滨市第一医院应用ModifiedKudel补片修补的马鞍疝患者24例，现将结果报道如下。
