简介:在磷酸钠-磷酸二氢铵-高锰酸钾体系中对镁合金进行化学转化处理.研究了磷酸钠、磷酸二氢铵、高锰酸钾、温度、时间和添加剂对转化膜性能的影响.通过对转化膜结构、成分及性能的测试评价,得到了性能较好的化学转化溶液配方:Na3PO4为5g·L^-1,NH4H2PO4为15g·L^-1,KMnO4为1g·L^-1,添加剂(NH4)5Mo7O24为0.5g·L^-1.由SEM可观察到转化膜的表面成“干枯河床”状.XRD和EDS检测表明,膜层的主要成分是Mg,Al12Mg17和无定形相,膜层表面主要有Mn,Mg,K,O和Al等元素组成.腐蚀实验和电化学测试表明,添加剂能够降低转化膜的腐蚀率,转化膜较基体的腐蚀电位正移了0.73V,提高了镁合金的耐蚀性.

简介:对脉冲加热-红外吸收法测定钒铝合金中氢的分析方法进行了研究。通过实验对分析功率、称样量和校正标样等测试条件进行了讨论。实验表明钒铝合金中的氢易释放,对于AlV85样品中氢,热提取法和熔融法测定结果一致;但AlV50样品中氢,热提取法的结果略高于熔融法,故实验中选用热提取法测定钒铝合金中氢量。热提取法用0.75g金属锡作助熔剂,于4.0kW分析功率条件下测定钛标准样品中氢来确定氢工作曲线的校正系数,在1.5kW分析功率下测定钒铝合金中氢,测定结果与高频感应-热导法(用5g钢标准样品对氢的测定进行校正)结果吻合。对3个钒铝合金中氢量进行了测定,结果的相对标准偏差为2.2%~6.5%(n=8)。
简介:为了解河南省内实验室在铝合金化学成分检测领域的整体水平,国家建材质检中心组织实施了铝合金化学成分中Si、Fe含量测定的实验室间比对。本次实验室比对共有20个实验室参加,推荐检测方法为:GB/T7999-2007《铝及铝合金光电直读发射光谱分析方法》,也可采用其他国家标准方法。结果表明:实验室满意结果率为80%,不满意结果率为15%,可疑结果率为5%。参加比对的绝大多数实验室能够准确检测铝合金化学成分含量。
