简介：利用金相显微镜、能谱仪以及电子探针对探伤不合格的Q345C钢板进行分析，试验结果表明钢板靠近中心存在断续的数毫米裂纹是引起Q345c钢板探伤不合格的原因。钢板心部严重的C、Si、Mn、S、P元素正偏析、硫化物夹杂聚集、严重的马氏体＋贝氏体偏析带是导致中心产生裂纹的主要原因。根据分析结果提出改进措施以减少和消除此种缺陷。
