简介:Therearebillionsoftinyscalesonthebutterflywings,whicharrayregularlyasthetilesontheroof.Suchtiltscanformvariouscolorsofthewingandaffordthespeciesmanyabilitiestosurviveandpropagate.MorphologicalexperimentsonthewingscalesofsixbutterflyspecieslivinginnortheastofChinawereconducted.Bytheopticsmicroscope,theform,geometrydimensionandarrayofthescaleswereobservedgenerally.Byusingscanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),the2Dscanningandmeasurementwerecarriedoutandthesurfacemicroconfigurationsofscaleswereobserved.Thedimensionandmicrostructurecharacteristicsofthecrosssectionofsinglescalewereachievedthroughtransmissionelectronmicroscope(TEM).Finally,byusing3Dsoftware,three3Dmodelsweredescribedandthe3Dvisualeffectwasachieved.Thisworkcanputforwardabasicmethodforthefuturestudyonthemorphologyofbiologicalmicrostructure.
