简介：　　【摘要】目的： 阴式彩超在诊断卵巢肿瘤中的应用价值探讨。方法 选取我院 63例卵巢肿瘤患者为研究对象，进行 阴式彩超诊断。结果： 63例卵巢肿瘤患者采用 阴式彩超诊断为， 38例卵巢囊性肿瘤； 6例实性肿瘤； 15例混合性肿瘤，经术后病理对照，符合率为 94%，误诊率为 6%，运用 阴式彩超诊断卵巢肿瘤的符合率较高。结论： 在卵巢肿瘤患者的临床诊断中，运用 阴式彩超检查不仅方便、安全，而且费用低，时间快，符合率较高，  　　【关键词】卵巢肿瘤 阴式彩超  Objective: To explore the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods 63 cases of ovarian tumor patients in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the diagnosis was made by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound. Results: among 63 cases of ovarian tumor, 38 cases were diagnosed as cystic ovarian tumor; 6 cases were solid tumor; 15 cases were mixed tumor.
