简介：摘要目的通过对我院院前急救人力、物力资源及２０１４年全年的出诊情况和应急反应能力进行综合分析,找出存在的问题并探讨基层医院院前急救现状和发展对策.方法回顾性分析我院２０１４年全年院前急救应急能力,包括急救任务次数,救治病人数,计算得出出车半径等指标,并结合我院院前急救的人财物方面的能力及现状.结果我院２０１４年完成急救任务４８２３次,出车４６４２次,救治病人４２６１人次,空车返回５６２次,平均出车半径３１．５公里,最远６９公里,最近０．５公里,次均耗时１．５小时.结论院前急救人才队伍不稳定,急救网络不健全,服务半径过大,出车空返率高,严重影响急救效率.应加大政府投入,合理使用资源,建立以县医院为中心的１２０急救网络,是推进基层院前急救医疗事业的有效措施.关键词基层医院;院前急救;现状;对策Currentsituationanalysisanddevelopmentstrategyofhospitalemergencyinprimaryhospital(emergencydepartment,People??shospitalofDazhuCounty,DazhouSichuan６３５１００,China)AbstractobjectiveToanalysisthehospitalemergencymanpower,resourcesandemergencyresponsecapacityinthelastyear２０１４andfindouttheexistingproblems,presentsituationandcountermeasureforhospitalfirstaid．Methodsaretrospectiveanalysisofpre－hospitalfirstaidemergencyresponsecapabilitiesinourhospitalin２０１４year,includingemergencytasknumber,numberofpatientsfortreatment,calculatedoutofthebusradiusandotherindicators,combinedwithhuman,financialandmaterialresourcesoffirstaidabilityinourhospital．Resultsinourhospitalin２０１４wecompletedemergencytask４８２３,４６４２timesoutoftheambulance,４２６１patientsweretreated．However,return－emptywas５６２timesandaverageradiuswas３１．５kilometers,from０．５kmto６９km．Themeantime－consumingwas１．５hours．ConclusionThereweresomeaspectscontrbutedtothecurrentstageofpre－hospitalemergency,includingpersonnelinＧstability,notperfectedemergencynetwork,toolargeserviceradius,highempty－returnrateoftheambulance,whichseriouslyaffectedtheefficiencyofemerＧgencytreatment．Increasedgovernmentinvestment,thethe１２０emergencynetworkestablishedwiththecountyhospitalasthecenter,isaneffectivemeasuretopromoKteeythweoprdrismaryhospitalemergencymedicaltreatment．primaryhospital;pre－hospitalemergency;presentsituation;countermeasure中图分类号R４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９８３－０２
