Choroidalneovascularization(CNV)isanuncommoncomplicationassociatedwithamacularhole.Inthiscasereportofararecondition,wepresentapathologicmyopiapatientwithaco-existentmacularholeandchoroidalneovascularmembrane.ThepatientwastreatedwithphotodynamictherapyforCNV,andthenvitreoussurgeryfortheretinaldetachmentandmacularhole.Attheendof4yearsfollow-up,hervisualacuitywasimprovedto0.1whilethemacularholeremainedopen.OpticalcoherencetomographyisausefulinspectionmethodofthediagnosisofCNVandmacularhole.
