  • 简介:摘 要:婴童纺织品对于质量安全要求较高,因为婴童年纪小身体抵抗力相对来说较弱,若穿着的纺织品存在质量安全问题,必然会对婴童成长发育造成不良影响,轻则导致婴童患有皮肤疾病,重则导致婴童慢性中毒,甚至可能对婴童生命造成威胁。为从根本解决婴童纺织品质量安全问题,本文以婴童纺织品标准为基础,继而剖析婴童纺织品中存在的质量安全问题,最后提出几点婴童纺织品质量安全提高建议,以供参考。

  • 简介:摘要目的探讨骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)发肺泡蛋白沉积症(PAP)患者的临床特点,提高对该病的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析2019年9月河南省人民医院收治的1例发于MDS的PAP患者的临床资料与诊治过程,并进行文献复习。结果该例患者诊断为MDS,拟行异基因造血干细胞移植,但受凉后出现逐渐加重的肺部弥漫性病变,先后考虑卡氏肺孢子菌肺炎、肺部真菌感染及过敏性肺炎,先后予以多种抗生素及激素治疗,效果不佳,后行两次肺泡灌洗均未发现PAP的典型表现。患者肺部弥漫性病变及MDS病情均逐渐进展,最终通过肺活组织检查确诊为发于MDS的PAP,3个多月后死于呼吸衰竭。结论发于血液系统疾病的PAP发病隐匿,早期诊断困难,需尽早行肺泡灌洗;对临床疑诊病例行肺活组织检查,争取早期诊治。

  • 简介:摘要目的观察颞上视网膜分支静脉阻塞发黄斑水肿(BRVO-ME)患眼脉络膜厚度变化特征。方法回顾性对照研究。2020年11月至2021年9月于承德医学院附属医院眼科检查确诊的颞上BRVO-ME患者30例30只眼(BRVO-ME组)和同期健康志愿者14名28只眼(对照组)纳入研究。采用频域光相干断层扫描的增强深部成像技术测量受检眼黄斑区脉络膜厚度。根据糖尿病视网膜病变治疗研究组分区将黄斑中心凹6 mm范围内脉络膜划分为以黄斑中心凹为中心的3个同心圆,分别是直径为1 mm的中心区,1~3 mm的内环区,3~6 mm的外环区;内环区和外环区分别划分为上方、下方、鼻侧、颞侧,并分别记作S3、I3、N3、T3和S6、I6、N6、T6,共计9个区。观察两组受检眼不同区域脉络膜厚度的分布特点。两组间黄斑不同分区脉络膜厚度比较行独立样本t检验。结果对照组、BRVO-ME组受检眼中心区、S3、T3、I3、N3、S6、T6、I6、N6脉络膜厚度分别为(214.11±56.04)、(207.89±57.92)、(214.07±54.82)、(207.14±61.54)、(180.18±53.53)、(204.25±59.60)、(193.93±51.50)、(190.54±51.21)、(139.82±39.84)μm和(258.00±71.14)、(256.43±68.70)、(252.07±72.97)、(244.37±68.49)、(243.10±70.93)、(247.20± 68.36)、(221.00±61.28)、(223.77±58.64)、(183.20±60.15)μm。两组受检眼脉络膜厚度均以中心区最厚,至鼻侧、颞侧逐渐变薄;鼻侧脉络膜厚度较其他分区变薄更明显,以N6区最薄。与对照组比较,BRVO-ME组患眼中心区、S3、T3、I3、N3、S6、I6、N6脉络膜增厚,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.899、-2.229、-2.172、-3.250、-2.543、-2.292、-3.214,P<0.05);T6区差异无统计学意义(t=-1.814,P=0.075)。结论BRVO-ME患眼黄斑区脉络膜厚度较正常人增厚。

  • 简介:摘要目的分析重症胰腺炎(SAP)发感染SD大鼠模型小肠防御素-5 mRNA的变化,探讨SD大鼠肠道内感染菌情况。方法将实验使用的36只SD健康大鼠分为4组,每组9只,分别建立SAP大鼠模型,A组为对照组,将大鼠直接处死。B、C、D组分别在制成大鼠模型后12、24、36 h后对大鼠进行处死,对胰腺进行病理性检查,采用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术观察大鼠模型体内小肠防御素-5 mRNA的水平变化,观察大鼠腹水颜色、胰腺组织病理学、胰腺大体组织学、血清脂肪酶含量、血清淀粉酶含量、大鼠肠道内感染菌情况。结果B、C、D组健康SD大鼠均患SAP;运用RT-PCR技术得出B、C、D组小肠防御素-5 mRNA水平分别为0.769±0.090、0.571±0.129、0.510±0.063,均低于A组(1.107±0.164,t=5.420、6.269、10.194,P<0.05)。B、C、D组SD大鼠与A组比较,腹水颜色更深,胰腺组织破坏更明显;B、C、D组大鼠血清脂肪酶含量分别为(2 177.84±86.36)、(2 348.79±83.45)、(2 459.87±91.36) U/L,血清淀粉酶含量分别为(7 767.94±436.36)、(8 348.79±463.46)、(9 859.87±461.37) U/L均高于A组的(107.71±36.17)、(1 446.71±236.14) U/L(血清脂肪酶:t=66.330、73.921、71.815,P<0.05;血清淀粉酶:t=38.221、39.808、48.700,P<0.05);大鼠肠道内均受到细菌感染,且细菌菌株随着大鼠病情加重而增多(P<0.05)。结论SD大鼠模型小肠防御素-5 mRNA获得性缺陷是造成SAP大鼠体内胰腺组织损坏、受到细菌感染的重要因素。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:探讨神经胶质瘤发难治性癫痫持续状态并发呼吸遗忘患者的护理。方法:纳入我院2021年3月-2022年1月20例神经胶质瘤发难治性癫痫持续状态并发呼吸遗忘患者,给予患者临床全面护理,分析护理效果。结果:经过4~100小时的昏迷,护理后 2~72小时的控制病人的病情,全部痊愈,没有出现任何死亡和严重的并发症。结论:神经胶质瘤发难治性癫痫持续状态并发呼吸遗忘患者,需要采取综合、有效的护理,并与临床医师进行积极的合作,以保证患者的生存。临床需要控制抽搐,及时抢救,严密观察病情,积极预防并发症,精心护理是神经胶质瘤发难治性癫痫持续状态并发呼吸遗忘早期恢复的重要措施。

  • 简介:摘要:目的:探讨眼部带状疱疹发青光眼患者治疗期间接受综合护理干预对其眼部疼痛的影响。方法:本次研究选择的眼部带状疱疹发青光眼患者一共88例,在我院治疗的时间为2019年12月—2021年12月。参考随机原则分组,对照组与观察组各44例。其中,对照组护理方法为基础护理;观察组护理方法为综合干预,比较护理干预后两组患者的护理效果与眼部疼痛评分。结果:观察组患者的护理效果优于对照组,比较后发现具有统计学意义;观察组患者护理后的眼部疼痛评分明显低于对照组,对比具有统计学意义。结论:眼部带状疱疹发青光眼患者护理期间接受综合护理干预可有效降低患者眼部疼痛度,护理效果更优,值得进一步推广。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:探究中药桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性盆腔炎诱发不孕症的效果。方法:研究共60例受试者,均选自我院妇科,选取时间为2021年3月到2022年2月,将以上入选对象随机分组,分为中药组和对照组,每组30例,组间区别为治疗方式不同,收集各项数据,比对2组最终疗效。结果:中药组疗效高于对照组23.33%,P值<0.05;中药组造影结果正常率高于另一组,P值<0.05。结论:在治疗盆腔炎诱发的不孕症时,中药桂枝茯苓丸的效果更显著,值得积极推广。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:分析艾滋病发真菌感染患者的病情临床特点,总结治疗方法。方法:本次研究基于2019年3月-2021年3月选取我院收治的80例艾滋病发真菌感染患者,分析真菌感染种类及感染部位,采取相应的措施治疗。结果:80例患者中真菌感染中以白色念珠菌占比36.25%(29/80)、马尔尼菲青霉菌占比23.75%(19/80)、新型隐球菌占比17.50%(14/80)排前三位;真菌感染分布中口腔最为常见,占比43.75%(35/80),其次为肺,占比30.00%(24/80),食道,占比23.75%(19/80);经及时治疗后,患者治疗总有效率高达87.50%。结论:艾滋病发真菌感染患者病情主要分布在口、肺、食道,主要为真菌感染,及时采取抗逆转录病毒治疗,可提高疗效。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:浅析艾滋病发真菌感染患者病情的临床特点并探讨临床治疗方法。方法:选取70例艾滋病发真菌感染患者为对象,分析真菌特点,并研究治疗效果。结果:主要病原菌为新型隐球菌以及白色尼菲青霉菌;给予患者地丹诺辛等药物治疗后总有效率为87.1%。结论:艾滋病发真菌感染中受感染的病原菌比较复杂,给予联合用药治疗后可获得理想的效果。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的 对1例急性髓系白血病发2型糖尿病患者进行临床护理,总结经验,为后续相关病例提供参考。方法 评估患者的个体情况,在常规护理的基础上为患者提供更精细的护理和心理干预。结果 通过患者的积极配合治疗和护理干预,患者病情好转,达到预期治疗效果。结论 经过对该急性髓系白血病发2型糖尿病患者的护理,降低患者的生命危险,提高其生活质量,预防严重并发症,减轻其经济负担,可以更好地指导临床、增加经验。

  • 简介:摘要目的探讨二维超声联合超声造影对甲状腺恶性结节的诊断价值。方法本研究为回顾性研究,选取2020年12月至2021年12月北部战区总医院收治的150例甲状腺结节患者(216个结节)的临床资料。男56例,女94例,年龄(46.72±10.53)岁,年龄范围为20~74岁。所有患者均行二维超声和超声造影检查。以病理检查结果为"金标准",比较二维超声、超声造影、二维超声联合超声造影诊断甲状腺恶性结节的效果。结果二维超声、超声造影及二维超声联合超声造影诊断恶性结节的符合率分别为81.5%(176/216)、83.8%(181/216)、90.7%(196/216)。二维超声联合超声造影诊断恶性甲状腺结节的特异度[90.3%(130/144)]高于二维超声[77.1%(111/144)]和超声造影[79.9%(115/144)],二维超声联合超声造影诊断恶性甲状腺结节的准确度[90.7(196/216)]高于二维超声[81.5%(176/216)]和超声造影[83.8%(181/216)],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二维超声联合超声造影诊断甲状腺恶性结节可提高诊断符合率和诊断效能,值得在临床推广应用。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:分析乳腺真空旋切系统在乳腺恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用。方法:将我院一年内2020年1月-2020年12月,收治的乳腺恶性肿瘤患者作为观察对象,共240例,对所有患者均采取乳腺真空旋切系统治疗,分析在疾病治疗后临床疗效、并发症发生率(血肿、感染、病灶残留)、复查结果。结果:术后病理结果检出良性234例,恶性6例,治疗后,1例患者发生血肿并发症,其余患者均为出现并发症;手术后对患者进行为期6月、12月的复查可见,2例恶性肿瘤患者采取乳腺单纯切除术,4例患者用乳腺癌保乳手术,治疗效果均相对良好。结果:在乳腺恶性肿瘤的治疗中用乳腺真空旋切系统治疗可明显提高疾病治疗效果,减轻对身体可能造成的不良影响,并发症发生率低,恶性肿瘤远期疗效均相对良好,值得推广。

  • 简介:【摘要】目的:探究高频超声应用于乳腺结节恶性鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:在2021年1月至2021年12月,选择我收治的乳腺结节患者56例为研究对象,均进行高频超声检查,对患者恶性结节进行评估,同时进行病理检查评估高频超声检查的诊断效能,对比两组患者影像学特点。结果:高频超声诊断阴性31例、阳性25例。经临床病理诊断显示,共检出良性(阴性)32例、恶性(阳性)24例;高频超声诊断阳性检出率(25/56)44.64%、灵敏性(23/24)95.83%、特异度(30/32)93.75%、诊断符合率(53/56)94.64%。恶性结节PI对比(P>0.05),恶性结节RI显著高于良性结节(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺结节、恶性鉴别诊断中,高频超声具有较高的诊断准确性,诊断效能理想,应用价值较高。
