简介:ThetransmissiondelayofphotogeneratedcarriersinaCMOS-process-compatibledoublephotodiode(DPD)isanalyzedbyusingdevicesimulation.TheDPDsmallsignalequivalentcircuitmodelwhichincludestransmissiondelayofphotogeneratedcarriersisgiven.Fromanalysisonthefrequencydomainofthecircuitmodelthedevicehastwopoles.OnehastherelationshipwithjunctioncapacitanceandtheDPD'sload,theotherwiththedepthandthedopingconcentrationoftheN-wellintheDPD.DifferentdepthoftheNwellanddifferentareaoftheDPDswithbandwidthwerecompared.TheanalysisresultsareimportanttodesignthehighspeedDPDs.

简介:Weinvestigatethequantum-classicaltransitionofakickedrotor(KR)underperturbationbyasecondone.TheinfluenceofsuchachaoticKRmakesdecoherenceofthefirstone,resultingintheemergenceofclassicaldiffusionfromitsquantumdynamics.Suchquantum-classicaltransitionpersistsbydecreasingtheeffectivePlanck'sconstanth,andatthesametime,decreasingthemassofthesecondKRandtheinteractionstrengthproportionally.Inthelimitofh→0,duetovanishingsmallmassandinteraction,thesecondKRhasalmostnoeffectontheclassicaldynamicsofthefirstone.Wedemonstratethisviatwodifferentcouplingpotentials.
