简介:Consideringthelimitationofcomputationalcapacity,anewfiniteelementsolutionisusedtosimulatetheweldingdeformationofthesidesillofrailroadcar'sbogieframebasedonthelocal-globalmethod.Firstly,avolumetricheatsourcedefinedbyadoubleellipsoidisadoptedtosimulatethethermaldistributionsofthearcweldingprocess.Andthen,thelocalmodelsextractedfromtheglobalmodelarecomputedwithrefinedmeshes.Onthesebases,theglobaldistortionsofthesubjectstudiedareascertainedbytransferringtheinnerforcesofcomputedlocalmodelstotheglobalmodel.Itindicatesthatthelocal-globalmethodisfeasibleforsimulatingthelargeweldedstructuresbycomparingthecomputedresultswiththecorrespondingactualmeasuredvalues.Theworkprovidesbasisforoptimizingtheweldingsequenceandclampingconditions,andhastheoreticalvaluesandengineeringsignificanceintheintegraldesign,manufacturingtechniqueselectionofthebogieframe,aswellasotherkindsoflargeweldedstructures.
