  • 简介:Inthispaper,polyimide(PI)filmsaremodifiedusinganatmosphericpressureplasmageneratedbyadielectricbarrierdischarge(DBD)inargon.SurfaceperformanceofPIfilmanditsdependenceonexposuretimefrom0sto300sareinvestigatedbydynamicwatercontactangle(WCA),fieldemissionscanningelectronmicroscopy(FESEM),andFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopyinattenuatedtotalmultiplereflectionmode(FTIR-ATR).ThestudydemonstratesthatdynamicWCAexhibitsaminimumwith40splasmatreatment,andevenlydistributednano-dotsandshadowconcavesappearedfor40sand12sArplasmatreatmentindividually.AshortperiodofplasmamodificationcancontributetothescissionoftheimideringandtheintroductionofC-OandC=O(-COOH)bydetailedanalysisofFTIR-ATR.

  • 简介:BackgroundStudieshaveshownthatmiRNA-155playedanimportantroleintheprocessofdevelopmentofhypertension.However,thereisnodateaboutmiRNA-155andbloodpressuremonitoringparameters.Therefore,weexaminedwhetherinhypertensivepatientstheexpressionlevelofplasmamiRNA-155relatedto24-hambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring(ABPM)parameters.MethodsAcohortofadultpatientsscheduledtoreceivephysicalexamination,officeandambulatorybloodpressuremonitoring.Quantitativereversetranscriptasepolymerasechainreaction(qRT-PCR)wasusedtoevaluatetheexpressionofselectedmiRNA-155.ThemiRNA-155expressionlevelcorrelationbetweenbloodpressureparameterswasassessedusingtheSpearmancorrelationcoefficient.ResultsFiftyfouressentialhypertensionpatients(25men;meanage,53.28±9.52years)andthirtyhealthyvolunteers(15men;meanage,53.03±5.87years)wereincluded.WeobservedhigherexpressionlevelofmiRNA-155(32.31±2.85vs27.21±1.59,P<0.001)inhypertensivepatientscomparedtohealthycontrolindividuals.MiRNA-155expressionlevelshowedsignificantpositivecorrelationwith24hDaytimeSBP(r=0.681,P<0.001),24hDaytimeDBP(r=0.473,P<0.001),24hDaytimePP(r=0.565,P<0.001)anddipping(r=0.257,P=0.018),respectively.ConclusionsOurstudyshowedthatmiRNA-155expressionlevelwasassociatedpositivelywithdaytimebloodpressuremonitoringparameters,aswellasbloodpressurevariability,indicatingapossibleimplicationofmiRNA-155inthepathogenesisofhypertension.

  • 简介:AIM:Todeterminethecorrelationbetweenthehepaticvenouspressuregradientandtheendoscopicgradeofesophagealvarices.METHODS:FromSeptember2009toMarch2013,atotalof176measurementsofhepaticvenouspressuregradient(HVPG)weredonein146patients.EachtransjugularHVPGwasmeasuredtwice,firstusinganendwholecatheter(EH-HVPG),andthenusingaballooncatheter(B-HVPG).TheHVPGwascomparedwiththeendoscopicgradeofesophagealvarices(accordingtothegeneralrulesforrecordingendoscopicfindingsofesophagogastricvarices),whichwasrecordedwithinamonthofthemeasurementofHVPG.RESULTS:Thestudyincluded110menand36women,withameanageof56.1years(range,43-76years).Thetechnicalsuccessrateofthepressuremeasurementswas100%andtherewerenocomplicationrelatedtotheprocedures.MeanHVPGwas15.3mmHgasmeasuredusingtheendholecathetermethodand16.5mmHgasmeasuredusingtheballooncathetermethod.MeanHVPG(bothEHHVPGandB-HVPG)wasnotsignificantlydifferentamongpatientswithdifferentcharacteristics,includingsexandcomorbidfactors,exceptforcaseswithhepatocellularcarcinoma(B-HVPG,P=0.01;EH-HVPG,P=0.02).Portalhypertension(>12mmHgHVPG)occurredin66%ofpatientsaccordingtoEH-HVPGand83%ofpatientsaccordingtoB-HVGP,andsignificantlycorrelatedwithChild’sstatus(B-HVPG,P<0.000;EHHVGP,P<0.000)andesophagealvariesobserveduponendoscopy(EH-HVGP,P=0.003;B-HVGP,P=0.006).Onehundredandthirty-fiveendoscopieswereperformed,ofwhich15showednormalfindings,27showedgrade1endoscopicesophagealvarices,49showedgrade2varices,and44showedgrade3varices.WhencomparingendoscopicesophagealvaricealgradesandHVPGusingunivariateanalysis,thePvaluewas0.004forEH-HVPGand0.002forB-HVPG.CONCLUSION:BothEH-HVPGandB-HVPGshowedapositivecorrelationwiththeendoscopicgradeofesophagealvarices,withB-HVPGshowingastrongercorrelationthanEH-HVPG.

  • 简介:Inthepresentstudythefabricationofgradedcoarsegrainedceramicbodiesforrefractoryapplicationswasinvestigatedusingapressurefiltrationcell,whichusespressurizedairasthepressuremedium.Thepressurefiltrationcellwasusedtoexaminetheinfluenceofdifferentceramicrawmaterials,twodispersants,andoftheparticlesizedistributiononthefiltrationbehaviorandonthefiltercakesurfacequality.Pressureslipcastingofspinelbasedslipsresultedincrack-freefiltercakes,whilealuminabasedslipsresultedinfiltercakes,whichalwaysstuckontheusedPMMAfiltermedium.Furthermore,citricacidasanelectrostaticdispersantresultedinamuchlowerfiltrationcakeresistanceandhenceshorterfiltrationtimesthananelectrostericdispersant.Abroaderparticlesizedistributionwithahigheradditionofthefinestparticlefractioncausedanincreaseinthefiltercakeresistancebutalsoyieldedmuchbettersurfacequalities.Finally,gradedfiltercakeswiththreelayersofaluminarichmagnesiumaluminatespinelwithamaximumgrainsizeof3mm,1mm,and0.5mm,respectively,werefabricated.ThecomputedX-rayanalyzesindicatedaperfectbondingbetweenthethreelayers,whichisasignificantimprovementtopreviousstudies.However,thegradedfiltercakesexhibitedfrequentlycracksatthebottom,whichwasprobablycausedbytensilestressesfromthefrictionofthefiltercakeswiththepressurefiltrationcell.Thiswillbefurtherinvestigatedinsubsequentstudies.Theachievedresultsdemonstratethefeasibilitytoproducecoarsegrainedoxideceramicsforrefractoryapplicationsbypressureslipcasting,whicheventuallyallowstheproductionofcompositeswithtailoredcompositions,microstructureandfunctionality.

  • 简介:Background:Novelplayertrackingtechnologiescanchangetheunderstandingofperformancedeterminantsinteamsportsbyallowingtoaccuratelymeasuringtheactivitydemands.Theaimofthisstudywastoidentifyhowthedefensivepressureaffectsthetime-motionvariablesandthetechnicalactionsinbasketball.Methods:Twentyinternationalmaleplayers(age:16.05±2.09years,weight:73.13±8.10kg,height:183.10±5.88cm)playedtwo10minbasketballquarters,wheretheyusedaman-to-man1/4-courtdefenseuntilthe4thmin(F1/4),changedtoman-to-manfullcourt(FULL)for3minand,fromthe7thtothe10thminreturnedto1/4-courtdefense(S1/4).AcomputerizednotationalanalysiswasperformedusingSimiScoutandpositionaldatawerecapturedwiththeUbisenseRealTimeLocationSystem(meansamplingrate3.74±0.45Hzpertransmitter/player).Results:Thetime-motionvariablespresentedsimilarresultsbetweendefensiveconditions,showingatotaldistancecoveredaround90m/min.However,resultssuggestedpossibleverticaljumpimpairmentsinS1/4periods.Therewasmoredistancecoveredwhilejoggingintheoffensivecourt(38.15±12.17m/minoffensivecourtvs.32.94±10.84m/mindefensivecourt,p<0.05)andmoredistancecoveredwhilerunninginthedefensivecourt(16.41±10.27m/minoffensivecourtvs.19.56±10.29m/mindefensivecourt,p<0.05).Conclusion:Theseresultssuggesthowtoimprovetaskrepresentativenessduringspecificconditioningorgame-basedtrainingsituationsandalsotohelpcoaches’strategicdecisionsduringthegames.

  • 简介:SichuanBasinisatypicalsuperimposedbasin,whichexperiencedmulti-phasetectonicmovements,meanwhileSinian–Cambrianunderwentcomplexhydrocarbonaccumulationprocesses,causingexplorationdifficultiesinthepast60years.Basedonthemicroscopicevidenceoffluidinclusions,combinedwithbasin-modelling,thispaperdeterminesstagesandtimeofhydrocarbonaccumulation,reconstructsevolutionofformationpressureanddynamicprocessesofhydrocarbonaccumulationinSinianDengyingFormation-CambrianLongwangmiaoFormationofGaoshiti-Moxistructure.Threestagesofinclusionsaredetected,includingastageofyellow-yellowgreenfluorescentoilinclusions,astageofbluefluorescentoil-gasinclusionsandastageofnon-fluorescentgasinclusions,reflectingthestudyareahasexperiencedaseriesofcomplexhydrocarbonaccumulationprocesses,suchasformationofpaleo-oilreservoirs,crackingofcrudeoil,formationofpaleo-gasreservoirsandadjustmenttopresentgasreservoirs,whichoccurredduring219–188,192–146and168–0Marespectively.Duringtheperiodofcrudeoilcracking,DengyingFormation-LongwangmiaoFormationshowedweakoverpressuretooverpressurecharacteristics,thenafteradjustmentofpaleo-gasreservoirstopresentgasreservoirs,thepressureinDengyingFormationchangedintooverpressurebutfinallyreducedtonormalpressuresystem.However,duetoexcellentpreservationconditions,theoverpressurestrengthinLongwangmiaoFormationonlyslightlydecreasedandwasstillkepttothisday.
