简介:目的了解惠州市新生儿破伤风(NT)的流行特征,探讨今后控制对策.方法分析1990~2001年惠州市法定传染病报告系统资料及1999~2001年NT监测系统资料.结果1990~2001年惠州市(本市人口)NT发病率在0.29‰~0.74‰之间,全市各县(市、区)均有病例报告,以惠城区病例最多;全市全年各月均有病例发生.1999~2001年监测系统资料显示市外流动人口发病数占总病例数的59.72%;患儿母亲破伤风类毒素(TT)免疫史空白占54.2%,不详占45.8%;80.60%的患儿由未经培训人员在家中接生.结论控制消除NT的重点措施是提高住院分娩率和育龄妇女TT接种率,同时抓好流动人口宣传教育和提高NT监测质量两个关键环节.
