简介:摘要:本文通过对比四种不同条件下的盐浴局部加热方法,并结合相关理论知识,对盐浴局部加热淬火后,造成1Cr17Ni2不锈钢盐浴外表面产生腐蚀坑的因素进行探讨分析,并提出局部加热淬火改进措施。结果表明,在对1Cr17Ni2不锈钢工件进行盐浴局部加热淬火时,在盐浴局部加热过程中进行轻微摆动,可显著降低工件盐浴外露表面的腐蚀现象。
