简介:【 摘要】 传统的办公用品管理存在诸多问题,如纸张、笔的使用存在浪费现象 ,缺乏规范的领用标准。可以通过限额管理、完善领用审批手续、建立办公用品库存管理“电子台账”、引入办公用品管理信息系统等手段 ,力争做到办公用品管理的系统化、规范化、科学化、自动化。论文对办公用品管理现状进行了分析,并且从 建立健全办公用品管理的监督机制, 完善办公用品采购竞争机制, 建立办公用品库存管理“电子台账”等方面提出了应对措施。 【 Abstract】 Traditional office supplies management has many problems, such as paper, pen use waste phenomenon, lack of standard requisition standards. By means of quota management, consummation of requisition and approval procedures, establishment of "electronic ledger" of office supplies inventory management, introduction of office supplies management information system, etc., we strive to achieve systematization, standardization, scientization and automation of office supplies management. This paper analyzes the current situation of the management of office supplies, and puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the supervision mechanism of the management of office supplies, perfecting the competitive mechanism of the purchase of office supplies, and establishing the "electronic ledger" of the inventory management of office supplies.
