简介:TheEnvironmentalPlanningandManagement(EPM)approachwasintroducedinDaresSalaamin1992.Since1998theconceptisbeingreplicatedinalltheMunicipalitiesinthecountry.Overall,theprogrammeisbenefitingmorethan50percentoftheurbanpopulationinthecountry.Thetwoinitiativespresented-theHannaNassifCommunity-BasedUpgradingwhichadoptedaninnovativeapproachinbothitsinstitutionalsetupandtheuseoflabour-intensivecommunitycontractingandcommunitymanagement,andthesolidwastemanagementinitiativeinvolvingprivateandcommunity-basedcollectionmethods,bothofwhichbuildcapacitywithinthecommunityfortheimprovementofinfrastructureasameansofreducingpoverty,illustratesomeoftheachievementsandimoactsrealizedandlessonslearnt.

简介:摘要:本文结合孟加拉国艾萨拉姆项目后注浆灌注桩与普通灌注桩静载荷试验,介绍了灌注桩后注浆技术在深厚软土地层的施工工艺和控制参数,并分别采用中国标准、美国标准和孟加拉国标准对试验结果进行对比分析,综合确定后注浆灌注桩桩基承载力。并对两种桩型在软图土地层中的允许承载力进行对比,希望对类似地质条件的项目起到一定参考作用。

简介:摘要老挝色萨拉龙灌溉工程复合土工膜是心墙堆石坝唯一防渗材料,土工膜的铺、焊、锚及细料覆盖碾压是施工质量控制关键环节,通过人员培训提高技能、严格工艺水平、加强焊缝检测、使用成熟薄膜热熔焊接机、重要工序进行旁站检查等一系列综合措施,大坝心墙土工膜施工质量得到较好控制。
