  • 简介:Theleachingbehaviorofmetalsfromapressure-leachingslagwasinvestigatedusingadesulphurization-leaching-hydrolysisprocessfortherecoveryofbismuthandantimony.Variousparameterswerestudied,includingtheamountofacidadded,temperature,time,additionofNaClandsolid-liquidratiointheleachingprocess.Theexperimentalresultsshowthatthecontentsofbismuthandantimonyaremostlyenrichedintheprocessofkerosenedesulphurization.Morethan98%Sband96%Biareextractedunderthedeterminedconditions.Intheprocessofhydrolysis,theprecipitationratesofbismuthandantimonyare97.80%and94.59%,respectively.Undertheoptimumexperimentalconditions,therecoveryrateofbismuthandantimonycanbeupto95.80%and90.80%,respeoively.

  • 简介:ThetreatmentoftheGacuncomplexCu-PbbulkconcentratewithhighZn,Ag,etc.,byoxygenpressureacidleachingwasstudied.Theprimarycopperandleadmineralsintheconcentratearetetrahedriteandgalena.Thetreatmentoftetrahedritewasrarelystudied,andmostofsilveroccurredinthemineraltoo.Theoptimumoperatingparametersofoxygenpressureacidleachingwereestablishedbyconditionaltests.Undertheseparameters,theresultofpilotscaletestshowedthattheleachingpercentagesofcopperandzincwereseparatelyashighas98.9wt.%and94.9wt.%,whileleadandsilverweretransformedintosulfateandsulfideprecipitations,respectively.Thecopperandzincinlixiviumwerereclaimedbyextraction-electrowinningandpurification-electrowinning,respectively,andtheleadandsilverintheresiduewerereclaimedseparatelybycarbonatetransformation-silicofluoricacidleachingandthiourealeaching.
