简介：Amutant(GQQ-M6)ofaSponge-Derivedstreptomycessp.GQQ-10obtainedbyUV-inducedmutationwasusedforproducingprodiginines(PGs).Singlefactorexperimentsandorthogonalarraydesign(OAD)methodswereemployedformediumoptimization.Inthesinglefactormethod,theeffectsofsolublestarch,glucose,soybeanflour,yeastextractandsodiumacetateonPGsproductionwereinvestigatedindividually.InthesubsequentOADexperiments,theconcentrationsofthese5keynutritionalcomponentscombinedwithsalinitywerefurtheradjusted.ThemutantstrainGQQ-M6gavea2.2-foldhigherPGsproductionthanthatoftheparentstrain;OADexperimentsofferedaPGsyieldof61mgL-1,whichwas10timeshigherthanthatoftheinitialGQQ-10strainundertheoriginalcultivationmode.
