摘要
Thechemicalgraftingofthiolterminatedpoly(sodiumstyrenesulfonate)(HS-PSSS)chainsfromsodiumnitrate(NaNO3)saltsolutiontoagoldsurfacewasinvestigatedwithaquartzcrystalmicrobalancewithdissipationmonitoring(QCM-D)indifferentsaltconcentrations.ItwasfoundthatatlowsaltconcentrationgraftingdensityofHS-PSSSwaslowandthegraftedchainsadoptedamushroomconformation.Withtheincreaseofsaltconcentrationpolyelectrolytechainsunderwentatransitiontowardcoiledstateduetoreductionofelectrostaticrepulsionandasaresultmorechainsweregraftedonthesurface.WhenthegraftingdensityreachedacertainlimitafterwhichfurthergraftingcausedrepulsionbetweenalreadygraftedHS-PSSSchainsandasaresultgraftedchainsadoptedabrushconformation.
