摘要
Theworldeconomy,whichhasdisplayedunprecedentedchangesinthe21stcentury,hasthreecharacteristics:thecollectiveriseofemergingpowers,theescalatingdevelopmentofglobalization,andthefurtherdeteriorationofglobalimbalances.Internationaleconomicdevelopment,therelationshipbetweenmarketdemandandsupply,thebalanceofpowerbetweenSouthandNorth,andworldeconomicrelationsandworldorderareinastateofconstantflux.Inthenexttenyears,theworldeconomywillfollowatrendthatmaybedefinedas'chaotic','changing'and'new'.Itis'chaotic'becausetheWestwillcontinuetowrestlewiththeaftermathofthefinancialandeconomiccrisis,'changing'becausetheinternationalfinancialandeconomicsystemwillbetransformed,and'new'becausepatternsinworldpowerwillundergogreatchanges.Themega-crisisembodiesbigrisks,fundamentalreforms,andgreatopportunities.
