摘要
Itisveryimportanttoanalyzeandevaluatethebenefitsofmeteorologicalservicesforpolicydecision-makingandtakingprecautionsagainstmeteorologicaldisasters.Inthisstudy,amodelforevaluatingthebenefitsofmeteorologicalservicesforindustriesisconstructed,withthecombiningmethodofdose-responseandcontingencyassessment,andalsoabsorbingothercountries'experience.Accordingtothismodel,andreferringtothepracticalvalueofthecontributionofmeteorologicalservicestotypicalenterprises,expertscalculatedthebenefitsofmeteo-rologicalservicesforeveryindustry.Byapplyingthismodel,andtakingtheevaluationframeworkof'todeterminewhichindustriesaremeteorology-sensitive'-'toevaluatethebenefitsofmeteorologicalservices'-'togetthetotalbenefitsofmeteorologicalservice',evaluationandanalysisonthetotalbenefitsofmeteorologicalserviceswasdonewithcasestudy.Accordingtothisstudy,theannualmeanbenefitsofmeteorologicalservicesareknownasnolessthan279.3billionyuan(costexcluded)inpresentnationaleconomicalenvironment.
