肝内胆管细胞癌核磁共振影像学诊断及鉴别诊断进展

摘要 摘要:目的:探讨分析核磁共振影像学诊断在肝内胆管细胞癌诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用。方法:选取本院2017年9月-2018年9月期间收治的62例肝内胆管细胞癌患者,所有患者都进行核磁共振影像学诊断与病理学检测措施。按照检测方式的不同分为核磁共振影像学诊断检测组和病理学检查组,核磁共振影像学诊断检测组采取核磁共振平扫及增强扫描,病理学检查组采取病灶穿刺病理学检查。比较两组检测方式的检测准确度。结果:62例肝内胆管细胞癌患者采用核磁共振影像学诊断的准确率为96.77%,与病理学诊断结果对比,差异不显著,P>0.05,无统计学意义。结论:对肝内胆管细胞癌诊断核磁共振影像学检测准确率高,充分满足患者生理和心理上的需求,可帮助患者及早发现病灶及时治疗,有效延长患者生命周期,核磁共振影像学诊断可以对肝内胆管细胞癌结构全面、清晰的显示,具有较好的诊断准确度,临床应用价值较高。在疾病鉴别诊断方面具有一定的优势。 关键词:核磁共振影像学诊断检测;病理学检查;患者 Advances in mri diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma Abstract: objective: to explore the application of mri in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of intrahepatic bile duct cell carcinoma.Methods: a total of 62 patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected, and all patients underwent mri diagnosis and pathological examination.According to the different detection methods, it was divided into mri imaging diagnosis and detection group and pathological examination group. Mri imaging diagnosis and detection group received mri plain scan and enhanced scan, while pathological examination group received pathological examination of lesion puncture.The detection accuracy of the two groups was compared.Results: the accuracy of mri in 62 patients with intrahepatic bile duct cell carcinoma was 96.77%, which was not significantly different from the pathological diagnosis results,P>0.05, no statistical significance.Conclusion: to diagnose intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging detection accuracy is high, fully meet the patients physiological and psychological needs, early detection can help patients lesions treated, effectively prolong patient life cycle, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) imaging in the diagnosis of intrahepatic bile duct carcinoma can be structure is comprehensive, clear, has good diagnostic accuracy, higher clinical value.It has certain advantages in differential diagnosis of diseases.
