摘要
InChina,farmlandpropertyrightscharacterizedbythehousehold-responsibilitysystem(HRS)havebeenimprovedsincethereformandopening-up.Therightsofuse,transferandgainbecomemorestable,authorizedandcomplete.Thispaperfirstlyanalyzestheimpactonfarmlandproductivity,whichcomesfromtheimprovementoffarmlandpropertyrights.Then,aneconomet-ricmodelisbuilttotesttheaboveanalysis.ItconcludesthatchangesofpropertyrightswillaffectfarmlandperformanceinChina.Intheend,somepolicyimplicationsareexploredforfur-therreforms.
