Therearetwopartsinthispaper.InthefirstpartweconstructtheMarkovchaininrandomenvironment(MCRE),theskewproductMarkovchainandp-θ~→chainfromarandomtransitionmatrixandatwo-dimensionalprobabilitydistribution,andinthesecondpartweprovethattheinvarianceprincipleforp-θ→chain,amorecomplexnon-homogeneousMarkovchain,istrueundersomereasonableconditions.Thisresultismorepowerful.
