摘要
【摘要】目的 对比研究不同的阴道准备方法在子宫全切除手术前的护理效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择我院 2016 年 3 月—— 2019 年 3 月的所收治的 100 例需要在子宫全切术前进行阴道准备的患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并将他们随机均分为观察组与对照组，观察组的患者在阴道准备的过程中给予 0.5% 的碘伏棉球，对照组的患者在阴道准备的过程中给予 1 ： 5000 的呋喃西林液，对两组患者在治疗期间的各项指标进行观察记录。结果两组患者的住院时间、阴道残端愈合情况、阴道清洁度均存在一定的差异，具有统计学意义， p<0.05 ，两组患者在术后的白细胞计数以及术后的体温之间有差异，不具备统计学意义， P<0.05 。结论在对患者进行子宫全切术前对患者的阴道给予 0.5% 的碘伏棉球擦洗，这样做不仅可以提高患者的阴道清洁度，而且对患者在术后的阴道残端愈合也有相对较好的效果，此外，这种阴道准备方法还可以缩短患者的住院时间。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the nursing effect of different vaginal preparation methods before hysterectomy. method The object of this study is to select 100 cases of patients who need vaginal preparation before total hysterectomy in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019. Their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the observation group were given 0.5% Iodophor cotton ball in the process of vaginal preparation, and the patients in the control group were treated with vaginal preparation During the course of treatment, 1:5000 Furacilin Solution was given, and the indexes of the two groups during the treatment were observed and recorded. Results the hospitalization time, vaginal stump healing, vaginal cleanliness of the two groups were statistically significant, P < 0.05, there were differences between the two groups in postoperative white blood cell count and postoperative body temperature, not statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion 0.5% Iodophor cotton ball scrubbing is given to the vagina of patients before hysterectomy, which can not only improve the vaginal cleanliness of patients, but also have a relatively good effect on the healing of vaginal stumps after operation. In addition, this vaginal preparation method can also shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
