摘要
【摘 要】目的：探究免疫检验分析质量控制在临床免疫检验中的效果。方法：选取 2019年 1月至 2019年 12月于我院行免疫检验的 175例患者的临床免疫检验报告为研究对象，按照质控方法不同分成对照组（行常规臨床免疫检验， 83例）、实验组（行免疫检验分析质量控制下免疫检验， 92例）。比较两组报告情况及免疫检验变异指数等。结果：相比对照组，实验组甲状腺功能、 INS、 AF、 CEA、 CA199、 β-HCG等各项免疫检验变异指数水平更低， P<0.05，比较有差异性。结论：经免疫检验分析质量控制行临床免疫检验效果颇佳，利于各指标变异指数降低，从而使免疫检验结果精准性、可靠性提高，进而提高诊治效果，可予以临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of immunoassay analysis quality control in clinical immunoassay. Methods: the clinical immune test reports of 175 patients with immune test in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research object, and they were divided into control group (83 cases for routine clinical immune test) and experimental group (92 cases for immune test under quality control) according to different quality control methods. The results of the two groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the levels of thyroid function, INS, AF, CEA, CA199, β - hCG in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the quality control of immunoassay analysis for clinical immune test has good effect, which is conducive to the reduction of variation index of each index, so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of immune test results, and then improve the diagnosis and treatment effect.
