摘要
[摘要 ] 目的 探讨口腔粘膜白斑的临床治疗方法及效果。方法 将我院收治 80例口腔粘膜白斑患者按照随机数字法分为两组。对照组患者给予综合治疗，观察组给予综合 +CO2激光手术治疗，观察两组的临床效果和不良反应情况。结果 观察组总有效率 92.5%，对照组总有效率为 80.0%，对照组和观察组的数据比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）；对照组不良反应发生率和观察组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（ P>0.05）。 结论 临床中口腔粘膜白斑患者应用综合 +CO2激光手术治疗是可行的，效果显著，不良反应少，值得临床中应用。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical treatment and effect of oral leukoplakia. Methods 80 patients with oral leukoplakia were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the control group were given comprehensive treatment, the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive + CO2 laser surgery, and the clinical effect and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%. There was statistical significance between the data of the control group and the observation group (P < 0.05); there was no statistical significance between the adverse reaction rate of the control group and the observation group (P > 0.05). Conclusion it is feasible to use comprehensive + CO2 laser in the treatment of leukoplakia of oral mucosa in clinic, with remarkable effect and less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
