摘要
摘要目的探讨早期预防性使用肩关节吊带对偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位的影响.方法选取２０１３年１月至２０１５年８月我院收治的偏瘫患者６０例,随机分成两组,每组患者３０例,对照组采用常规的良姿位摆放以及针灸治疗,观察组采用预防性肩关节吊带治疗,观察两组患者的肩关节半脱位发生情况.结果经治疗后,两组患者的半脱位发生率与上肢运动功能评分情况都存在差异明显(P＜０．０５).结论给予偏瘫患者在常规针灸治疗与良姿位摆放治疗前提下进行早期预防性肩关节吊带治疗,可以在有效降低肩关节半脱位发生率,提升其上肢运动功能评分,治疗效果显著.关键词早期预防性;肩关节吊带;肩关节半脱位;治疗效果AbstractObjectiveTotheearlyeffectofprophylacticuseofshoulderstrapsonshoulderjointsubluxationinpatientswithhemiplegia．Methods２０１３January２０１５Augustinourhospital６０patientswithhemiplegiawererandomlydividedintotwogroups,thecontrolgroupwithconventionaltherapy,theobservationgrouptheshoulＧderslingforthetreatmentofprevention,observationofshoulderjointsubluxation．ResultsTwogroupsofpatientswithsubluxationscorerateandmovementfunctionhavesignificantdifference．ConclusionInthetreatmentofpatientswithhemiplegia,earlypreventionofshoulderandshoulderstrapsinthetreatmentofroutineacupuncＧtureandacupuncturetreatment,thetreatmenteffectisobvious．KeywordsEarlypreventive;Shoulderstraps;Shouldersubluxation;Treatmenteffect中图分类号R７４３．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８５７－０１
