摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨完善基础护理服务对提高优质护理质量的效果。方法 选取 2017年 7月～ 2018年 10月在我院神经内科收治的患者 110例，采用数字随机法分成实验组和对照组，各 55例。其中常规护理应用于对照组的患者，细化基础护理应用于实验组患者，最终对护理满意度情况综合评价分析。结果 实验组患者护理满意率达到 94.6%，对照组患者的满意率仅仅为 83.6%；对照组明显低于实验组，两组患者满意度的数据差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 细化基础护理服务效果明显，可以有效提高优质护理服务质量，提高患者对护理的满意度。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of improving basic nursing service on improving quality of nursing care. Methods From July 2017 to October 2018, 110 patients were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by digital random method, 55 cases in each group. Routine nursing was applied to patients in the control group, and basic nursing was refined to patients in the experimental group. Finally, comprehensive evaluation and analysis of nursing satisfaction were made. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 94.6%, while that in the control group was only 83.6%. The satisfaction rate in the control group was significantly lower than that in the experimental group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Detailed basic nursing service has obvious effect, which can effectively improve the quality of quality nursing service and improve patients'satisfaction with nursing.
