摘要 Inthepresentpaper,theself-adjointnessoftheproductoftwomth-orderdifferentialoperatorson[0,∞)isstudied.Bymeansoftheconstructiontheoryofself-adjointoperatorsandmatrixcomputation,weobtainasufficientandnecessaryconditiontoensurethattheproductoperatorisself-adjoint,whichextendstheresultsinthesecondordercase.
